Best Barbacoa tacos I’ve had in years. Everything was absolutely delicious and the service was amazing too. Can’t wait to get some more.

Went here today first time ordered a fried shrimp plate and got only a few shrimps and some unseasoned fries. No sides like a small side salad or rice paid $15 without a drink! The cashier first tells me it’s $13 then proceeds to say oh wait it’s $15 after taxes! So $2 taxes?!! Anyways here’s that (:
The perfect holeinthewall texmex. Hit the spot. I have a usual tex-mex place in Dallas but this beats it by a long shot. Meaty crispy tacos and yummy gooey cheese enchiladas. The table salsa is unusual, more like an Italian red sauce, but I may ask for something else next visit. Will be back.
The food was delicious and the salsa was very tasty!

Went here for dinner. Parking is out front & I guess on the side street. I got a combo plate with cheese enchilada, tamale, taco, guacamole with rice & beans. Sorry no picture of mine, I was hungry & started on it! I hardly ever order tacos anymore because too many places do the orange taco meat that is like a puree. But these were great! Seasoned but not overly done! Well done! Everything else was great. My husband got a chimichanga with rice & beans. The chips are great. He loved their salsa. I especially loved that for a soda I get a can with an ice glass! I myself do not like fountain drinks. They never taste right. I do not care if I pay for each one. I get my drink full strength & not watered down. Total was $28.63. Very good on the prices. And if anyone doesn't think so, well they haven't been to Houston & surrounding areas! We will be coming here more. We moved out here & love that there is a great Mexican place to go to! The inside is small but cozy. The waitress was attentive & brought everything out & kept drinks filled.

Really great food for a very reasonable price. The queso is so good, the chunky guacamole is to die for!! Service is always fantastic, my husband asks a million questions at times, so it is great to have people happy to reply and converse with. It is such a nice, little place to eat. Enchiladas taste more authentic then any other ones I have had around the area. I love authentic mexican food rather then TexMex, so this place definitely hits the spot. Needless to say....definitely stop by.?

My husband and stopped here on our way to Dallas and were so glad we picked this spot! The food tasted fresh. The service was good. Overall seemed like a nice local restaurant that I’m happy I was able to support.
