Do not go to get the half off shakes. This is the second time I’ve gone and bother times I’ve had to wait over 30 minutes. I’m not sure what takes so long but almost an hour for THREE shakes is insane!

I’ve been a huge fan of sonic for my entire life, but recently I’ve noticed that this location does not give sauce even if you ask for it or even if you request sauce in the app. None of the food tastes good without a condiment of some sort. It’s something that should be so easy, customer asks for marinara, the marinara should be in the bag. This has happened numerous times and without a single other car in the drive thru, my order should be accurate. I’ll keep coming but won’t leave without sauce next time!

Today my servicer's name is Troan, he provided such a great service. He made sure I received honey mustard sauce for chicken tenders and he came back and asked me if I needed anything. I really do hope his manager Javier receives my review to let him know Troan is doing an amazing job. I hope Troan is rewarded by his manager. Great job Troan. 😁

I guess I'm a gluten for punishment. This Sonic just doesn't seem to have the ability to get a simple order prepared correctly. How hard is it to prepare 1 cheesy total and 1 chili cheese tot? I get home to a bag with 2 cheesy tots and only 1 fork. From here on out, I will be going to Brownsboro's Sonic.
