Sam is one of the best Starbucks partners I’ve encountered in the past seven years. I first met him at the Terrell location off Highway 34, and from the beginning, I could tell he stood out. He always went above and beyond—remembering my drink order and all the customizations, greeting me by name, and checking in on how I was doing. He takes the time to ask about my life and genuinely cares, which makes every visit a positive experience.
Sam has a natural ability to create a welcoming and personalized environment for customers. He is calm, collected, and professional in every interaction. I believe he has the qualities of a strong leader and would be an excellent asset for the company in a leadership role.

This Starbucks always has super fast and friendly service. It is very clean and well organized. The drinks are consistently made just right (some Starbucks are not consistent). This is one of my favorite ones to stop at. When they aren't busy I will stand and talk to staff just because they are so awesome!

Let me tell you something. I walked into this Starbucks a broken shell of a human being. My eyeliner was smudged, my spirit was cracked, and my phone battery was at 3%. I ordered a venti brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso with salted caramel cold foam, expecting nothing more than sweet bean juice to keep me alive.
Then it happened. The barista.. let’s call him Trevor, Prophet of the Steam Wand.. called my name like it was a sacred chant passed down from generations. When I took the first sip, time slowed. Somewhere, faintly, I heard a choir of espresso angels sing in three part harmony.
The foam was so perfect I cried a little. A single tear rolled down my cheek and healed my adult acne. The caramel drizzle realigned my chakras. A nearby customer saw me glowing and whispered, “She’s transcending.”
Also, the bathroom was clean and smelled like hopes, dreams, and eucalyptus.
10/10. Would recommend. This Starbucks didn’t just caffeinate me .. it rebirthed me.
