I’ve been through the drive-thru at this Taco Bell a handful of times now, and it’s easily one of the best I’ve tried. Each visit, the food has been consistently hot, fresh, and put together with care—no messy tacos, just solid portions and great flavor. The service has been just as reliable; the staff is friendly and quick, which makes grabbing a meal here super easy. If you’re looking for a spot that really delivers the classic Taco Bell experience, this location hits the mark every time.

It is a very nice location with some interesting decorative aspects to it. The service was fine, but the bathroom was out of Toilet paper and the towel dispenser was not working. The toilet seat also had urine on the front are of the toilet. Aside from these few things though, it was a decent experience

Terrible experience. Went to this restaurant at 7:20 pm. They had at least 6 to 8 employees that we could see. But could not get anyone to take our order or even acknowledge us. One was standing directly behind the counter the whole time. He was facing me but wouldn’t even acknowledge me. Never had this type of experience before.

My experience at Taco Bell was horrible. On the 7th Of November, I had a terrible experience with the GM Tyler. I called about my order due to dissatisfaction with me and my mom's food quality. My mom had blonde hair from a taco party pack I ordered less than 10 mins ago Tyler stated “ I’ll need to contact his manager to get a remake due to scammers“ and “No individual duty has blonde hair and it could be possibly from the morning shift” and I stated neither me nor my family members have blonde hair and stated I don’t want a refund for my order I just want a remake and I’m willing to bring the food back and he refused and stated I’ll need to contact his manager Brianna. My second call was about my order a few minutes after I called about my mother’s order I told Tyler my chicken chalupa had black beans and steak on it that I didn’t ask for and he stated to me “ I don’t believe that” and threats to call the cops on me and get me trespassed due to calling about my dissatisfied service And stated, “ I’m able to do that at a business”. It’s very upsetting I couldn’t even feed my family due to this matter on this day. I’ve been a resident in Chandler tx over 8 years and the number of times I have been to this Taco Bell located in Chandler tx this experience changed my perspective on how I look at Taco Bell and how Tyler treated me. Tyler is very unprofessional and has terrible management and customer service skills. I will take my service where I’m able to be given GOOD customer service and will NOT RECOMMEND this Taco Bell.

Usually I don't like write a review eather good or bad But the way of staff treated me I like to write review.I visited the Taco Bell location around Date: 08/25/2024, Time: 11:40 PM, hoping to grab some food. Unfortunately, the doors were closed, so I approached the drive-thru window on foot. After knocking on the window, a lady initially came to take my order, but a gentleman soon intervened. He rudely informed me that they wouldn't serve me because I didn't have a vehicle, despite the fact that I was simply trying to get a meal. His demeanor was insulting, making me feel unwelcome and disrespected.
This experience was disappointing, especially as a loyal customer. The way I was treated was unacceptable, and I hope Taco Bell takes this feedback seriously to ensure better service in the future. No one should be treated poorly when they're simply trying to get some food.

I didn't go inside the store but the drive thru experience was good. I ordered and was served in a timely professional manner.
My ONLY complaint is the same complaint i have at every retail store. That's the way change is returned when paying with CASH.
I swear it's like no one taught any of these younger people how to count your change when they hand it back to you!
They hold out their hand with a receipt, sometimes they'll even look you in the eye hand you any change & a receipt, thank you!
