This has got to be the worst taco bell I've ever had. The service was very disappointing, and the food was absolutely depressing. After 4 return trips and return of items to fix, only to come back worse then the time before we accepted a full return by management, Still hungry and sad we left. Why let food go out that window if you wouldn't serve it to your friends or to eat it yourself?

The dayshift crew is great and so is the food! 10 stars for the day shift. However, in the evening the food is not that good and is made inconsistently every time. Even things you get all of the time that you know what is in it, in the evening they will either add something extra to a burrito or take something out that is usually there. It's so weird how inconsistent this location tastes. Great in the day at lunchtime, but for dinner, you never know what you're going to receive on your food order.

The beans in the bean and cheese burrito can't possibly have been made the same day, I'm questioning if they were made at any point even in the last 3 days. No cheese in the bean and cheese burrito, if there was, it must have been at the bottom, couldn't get that far into it.

Absolutely not possible for your order ever to be made properly or all items in your bag. Young men at takeout window very unprofessional joking around and not being helpful. They’re friendly when you go back on their mistakes made. Also hard to believe they would be out of beans. But they were.

I was meeting my grandson for lunch @ school (2nd grade) and went through the drive-thru. Got to school and they had left out part of the order, and what I did get was a mess. He did not get much to eat for lunch. I've had issues before when ordering and dining inside at this location. I love Taco Bell and will continue visiting this location, but I do hope they can get their service and quality up to par.
