The food is always good.We go here late at night when my daughter gets off work tonight we went as usual and the young guy in the drive thru told me not to get a attitude with him when all i did was try to explain to him how i wanted my burger. Granted it was 30 years ago when i worked at whataburger but we including managers would have been in serious trouble if we would have talked to a customer like that i guess times have changed! And on top of that i think he made my order wrong on purpose!!

Stopped through after delivery a route at around 6-7 am... it was crazy pack, and the service was slow. The food was great, but long wait.

Been here for 35 minutes with no other customer and still haven’t gotten my food
Burger was good I ordered fries with no salt so I would get fresh hot crisp fries. But no greasy limp covered in salt. I guess it's pay more get less get used to it 🤷
Seems every time I go to What A Burger drive thru they get the order wrong, never get condiments or napkins. The guy that works nights is belligerent and takes for ever. I didn't go there anymore.

This place has been a good lunch staple for me but lately I have had my meals not come out correctly. I do get them replaced but my Fry's then get cold and you know the meal just is not the same after the second wait. But when they get it right Wow the food here is fantastic.

Came in on Friday morning. Ordered 4 breakfast taquitos. I ordered water as is our usual and the young lady told us that senior small drinks including coffee were free. We got $2.13 x 2 taken off our bill. Excellent! Came back Monday morning but a different person was here. Ordered the same as Friday but we were informed that drinks are NOT free unless its a whole meal. There is no reference for a Meal when ordering Taquitos. He charged us for med coffee, which was ice cold, and a med drink. Almost $6 added to our order. Apparently had we added a $1.50 hashbrown to our order, it would have came with free drinks. The person did not offer us that option. In fact, when we asked about free drinks, his reply was no. The manager explained that we should have gotten offered the free drinks and she would refund our money. She walked away but never returned with our refund. Train all of your associates BETTER. Train them the same!! Friday our meal was $17. Monday, the same meal was $24.
