So... Since when do I have to request Marinara sauce for their Cheese Sticks? Bc I ordered the sticks... and didn't recieve the Marinara. Regardless... It was sub-par food. I don't go to Arby's but MAYBE once a year... They never seem to get the order right.
I travel a lot for work, and swung through bc It had been a good while since I had Arby's.
I'm just done with Arby's. It's an absolute irritation. They literally screw up every order I make.

It’s terrible , terrible and terrible again. I watched how the cook touched his phone, other things and his clothes with his hands and then continued to cook with the same hands. It’s disgusting!!! And the stupidest thing is that the manager saw all this, and when I told him about it, he just apologized and that’s it. Don’t eat here, they don’t have sanitation!

I just got the number 5 I was like wow my order was given to me super fast it surprise me more when I taste it the fries and the hamburger super cold $14 for this wow thank you that was super sweet of you I truly appreciate your hard work and hope you eat one as cold as the one y’all gave me

Food was standard Arby’s, except that my very simple order was messed up. I don’t even know how that happens, but it’s fine.
This Arby’s is located in a large gas station with other food types, full services, showers, and much more. There’s even a Cinnabon in there, and some pretty decent pizza if you’re worried about the fast food workers messing up your order.

Arby’s app sucks can’t even change location to order here forces me to stay in Florida. I’m traveling through Texas even when I type in the address or ZIP Code it can’t change location. Basically I’m fed up with Arby’s boycotting them. I’ll eat somewhere else. At least sonic comes to the rescue.
My husband and I stopped in on out way to CO. And had a great experience. This store is lucky to have such an amazing employee by the name of Cam! So friendly, fresh food (seriously the best RB sandwich we have had in a long time) and he went above and beyond! Our Corso loved his pup cup too!

Just waited in the drive thru for exactly 31 minutes. Three cars in front, and two behind me. I couldn't go anywhere! This is truly ridiculous and at this point the food doesn't matter. Get it together!!! This black car at the window more than 15 minutes. Completely unacceptable! Also realized the time on the receipt was the exact time it was paid for. Not showing when order was placed.
