Arrived at 8:30pm on New Year Eve, ordered 12pc chicken family meal, before placing the order, we asked twice if they could do half roast and half fried, they twice said yes. When opened the package in hotel, they were all fried! Called them back asking what was going on, they replied they ran out of roast chicken. The food is lukewarm if not cold and the meat had no taste at all. It’s like leftover, definitely not fresh cooked.

The food was pretty good and the customer service was also good for a fast food restaurant. However it did take about 40 minutes to receive my food which was a huge turn off for me. Fyi the chicken was good because i asked for some rub on the side which made the chicken taste better.Kid-friendliness: They have free soft serve

They never have tenders ready, not for order-ahead or drive-thru. It is usually a 5 to 10 minute wait just to have your order taken and then another 10 to 15 minute wait for your food. They also charge for extra condiments. This has been my experience every time I order food. In the past, they have also forgotten food items, and I have had to drive back, wait in a long line, and pick up the forgotten items. I have texted their survey number to express my experiences, but it has not done any good. This is why we only eat here every couple of months now.

The staff here was very friendly and very accommodating. Despite the fact we had to wait for fresh chicken to come up. I really enjoyed every aspect of this visit and was my first time eating at a golden check. I would definitely come back here. Enjoy a free ice cream cone and c*** with the staff again. I hope I have an opportunity in the future.

Had to wait 30 mins just to order then it took 30 mins to get the order. Employees were more worried about talking about drugs then taking our order or making it. Im not one to write reviews but i felt like this place deserved one.

Manager was very attentive at training new guy at register. She was so good at that when it wasn't very busy she ignored at least three customers that I observed including myself. Eventually we were helped, Some by her and others by other workers.
