The order kiosk wasn’t working correctly.
The restaurant was trashed, particularly the bathrooms.
The food was cold/lukewarm and kinda gross.
Christian rock was blaring so loud I couldn’t hear the person sitting across from me.
The one employee I interacted with was perfectly pleasant and trying her best.

Absaloutely ridiculous. 25 min just to get food in lobby. Need a lot more workers. Drive thru is wrapped around the building. Soooo frustrating. Won't be stopping again

Long wait for an order placed in the app. When I say long- i mean 30 plus minutes. Avoid during rushes or on weekends when people are traveling. Worst experience I have had in 40 years

Overall one of the grossest McDonald’s we have been to.
Restaurant was not well cleaned; tables had crumbs on them and were sticky.
The restrooms were the terrible; no baby changing tables in the bathroom either. All of the stalls were just gross and dirty.
Our order was incorrect and just overall the food was not great.
Very Very slow service, I ordered dine in and nearly waited 50 minutes for my food, i’m very disappointed in what is supposed to be “fast food”

They were supposed to close at 8:00 PM. I arrived at 7:50 PM and the employee closed the lobby door in my face. When I asked if there were still 10 minutes to order, I was told to use the drive-through. I tried to order there, but the employee disappeared and I was left standing there, feeling embarrassed. I’m a truck driver and drove a long distance to get here. I was ready to pay this wasn’t free food. Very unprofessional behavior. Management needs to train employees to follow posted hours and treat customers with respect. Worst experience and very dissatisfied with the service.

I waited 35 minutes for 2 sodas and 2 dbl cheeseburgers
This store gets a 0 in every way as I was DENIED service after driving 6 hours I finally found somewhere to eat with my 8 month old and my very tired wife and was told the lobby closes in 10 minutes and I told
Them the window says on Friday and Saturday open till 11 and we really just needed a place to move for my infant son and some quick food plus they had a lobby full of people. I said the window says 11 they told me the manager says it’s closed and I said “you’re going to lie to me?” They snickered and shrugged their shoulders. Said I could get in drive through if I wanted anything. I’m just so shocked. I’ve now watched 4 customers get turned away as they locked the door early.

Out of the 6 items we ordered, only one was the correct item. My latte was 3/4 full. Didn't matter, because it was so bitter it wax undrinkable and I threw it in the garbage after 2 sips. I will never go back to this McDonald's again.

This McDonald's is awesome and the young female. I believe manager for night shift. Cause it's 832. PM on Sunday night is super awesome. This manager should be committed for her outstanding service.
And commitment to professionalism.
And courtesy and kindness just an outstanding manager for McDonald's. And I don't normally ever get McDonald's to review. But she definitely deserves the best review. The best McDonald's band I've ever encountered. God bless her
