Mexican Restaurants in Childress

“BEST FAJITAS I’VE EVER HAD!! I’m on keto so my usual default is fajitas whenever we dine out. We saw a great review on Google maps-so I opted to wait an hour from where we were to make it to Childress, TX…and I’m so glad we did!! OMG..the beef was cooked perfectly, consistency, texture, seasoning…all on point. The onions and peppers were fresh-not the frozen mixture you get many places. Pico was fresh…salsa was AMAZING. Friendly waitstaff, manager came and asked how it was. Restrooms were clean…and the toilet paper dispenser was what every restaurant should have-never seen one like that before. Weird to add to a review but it was just cool. I will make it a point to eat here every time we come to Texas…definitely stopping again on our way back through to Colorado.“

“We stopped for breakfast on our way to Austin based on Google ratings. It did not disappoint! Excellent breakfast burrito options or bowls 😳 with everything but the tortillas for the gluten-free among us. Generous portions, yummy options, nice people.“

“The food was delicious. I ordered tacos. Two with corn tortilla and one with flower. The corn tortillas came in cold. The meat was warm/hot, I was just a little disappointed with the cold tortillas. Next time I’ll ask, if they could make sure they are warm. I ordered an horchata, it was delicious. They were kind enough to offer, their parking in the future, if there was none at the pilot truck stop. I will definitely come back again. Their parking lot is big enough for a 53 for trailer and truck. 😎

Vegetarian options: If I were to choose I would ask for a veggie burrito. They will accommodate you.

Parking: There’s a lot of land…big space for all to park.

“Came in Tuesday about 1120 am the 2 women that were there greeted me right away and were very polite with big smiles which I loved. This is prob one of the best taco bells I've been in. The dining room and drink station was spotless! The women went outside and cleaned the outer windows wow! Such a great job. The food was fresh and tasty the reason why not 5 stars is because I wanted an iced coffee and the coffee machine was broke. Other than that the entire visit was perfect! I'm from out of town driving thru but I'll be back next road trip. Thanks yall!“
