Our drinks came out made to perfection, and the drive-thru service lady was nice. The only thing that was noticeable was lack of expression of emotion. It was almost monotonous. But it could have been a rough day. So, not too many worries it was still an amazing visit.

Its owner behaves very rudely with the customers.
The mean girls, I can think of other choice words that describe this crew better but I'll keep my tongue in check, at the Childress, Texas location are the rudest I have ever encountered at any Starbucks store. The only thank you I got was on a sign as I drove off. Avoid this store, I will from now on.

Not good customer service
Drive through order. Tipped a $1 for a single drink. When she brought me my order asked her to throw away my previous coffee cup. She refused. Rude service. If i had read any previous reviews before coming i would of stayed away. Drink was not completely full either.

Stopped on my way to Dallas, the same drink I get 3 times a week in Colorado Springs. Iced venti with extra ice in a Trenta. Was told by the manager I was putting her job on the line and she could get fired. Now after reading the other comments it sounds like she's just a drama queen with a victim complex, but if Starbucks REALLY has you fearing for your job over a damn cup that's ABUSE! They shouldn't treat you or threaten you like that. I don't know if the store manager is the problem or if it's the district manager or who, but you don't treat your employees like that, period. Again I think she was probably over dramatizing but there was probably a trickle of truth to that. Needless to say, I called corporate and had a long conversation with them about it as well. You don't treat your people like that that's why people are unionizing. Your employees aren't slaves and you're not a dictator. I mean your organization is struggling and the hill you're going to die on is a cup, making your employees and your customers lives a living nightmare? Over a cup? Do better Starbucks
Service was incredibly slow, even for a Starbucks.... after waiting in line for 15 minutes, finally getting to the counter, that they couldn't take my order as it would be another 10-15 minutes for coffee? No thanks.

I have been going to Starbucks all over the United States, as I travel often. The customer service from the older lady with glasses at the drive thru, was absolutely horrible. If ever in Childress, I will not be stopping by. The fact the location is not even busy like others and yet provided subpar service is disappointing. Do better.

I don't know why but we give this Starbucks another chance every time we go through Childress and it is a disappointment every single time ?
Sllllow Service - Order is never correct - ice is melted and food is cold by the time we get our order. Oh, and all of our straws (4) were broken in half ?♀️
PLEASE Childress - open a small locally owned coffee shop!!!
