So today at 1:15 pm I placed an online order and omw home I rolled my MILs pickup. The sandwiches were still wrapped and in amazing condition. People working there were pros!

I walked up to the counter and the worker was eating a pizza which is fine if he didn’t proceed to wipe his hands all over his pants, not wash his hands, and immediately grab gloves. Id happily wait 2 minutes for a handwash!

Subway has a lady working at the counter that kept asking me the same questions as to what kind of sandwich, and what meats I wanted. I told her a number 23 and she kept looking at the menu behind her to see what kind of sandwich I wanted. She looked at me as if i was asking for something that's not on the menu. She has a bad attitude and gives a negative vibe while making my sandwich. I kept my sandwich because I felt bad that I already ordered it, otherI would have walked out the restaurant because of her demeanor. Oh and don't ever say that you want all the veggies except jalapeños and yellow peppers because that bothers her.

Bad service from a worker named Callie, I asked for a salad and she got upset and even more so when I told her I wanted all the vegetables, remind her that Metro is not hers ?? if you don't like to prepare salad, buy a franchise and remove it from the menu, very bad service during this 1:30 pm shift 10/27/2024

Pickup order was due at 41, when I came in at 43 it wasn't even started. The order was finally finished at about 00....The employees weren't washing their hands or changing gloves as per subway policy. Their make table is also set too cold and their veggies were icy... Not great to bite into.. Cold pretzel as well..For 3 employees working and minimal business I expected better. ??♀️
