Waited 45 minutes for a 7 dollar order and couldn’t reverse out the parking lot that’s a shame at 3 in the afternoon the only car at the window really avoid this place at all cost it has to be a manager problem
All the tables are always dirty on the inside. Food is just like any other Taco Bell.

We went through here for lunch - food was excellent and tasted great. Service was really good, way above the normal expectations for fast food.
Highly recommend this location.

On a long distance drive my family and i stopped here for some food. I do t how how one could think anything in taco bell only has these ingredients, but i ordered a crunchwrap supreme and received instead a tortilla full.of. lettuce.

Absolutely disgusting food. They gave us cold bean burritos.. the Ben’s were literally cold. They apparently ran out of black beans so our order was messed up too. I threw away all the food. I wouldn’t try this location unless you want absolutely trash frozen food.

Chalupas were hard as a rock. Barely any chicken on them! And even less cheese on them. I will never return to this place! I hope taco casa puts taco bell out of business! They service fewer and fewer amounts but keep charging more for their stuff. It's ridiculous and it doesn't even taste good anymore. Taco casa is 100 times better in everyway!!!

My wife and I have been to many Taco Bells in our day and this one is among the finest we’ve been to. It feels like the staff set out to have the best service of any Taco Bell in the world - and they just might. The staff kindly greeted us when we walked in and the lady taking our order was courteous throughout, recommending things she enjoyed as well as some staff favorites. All around a 10/10 Taco Bell experience.

Last night was a passenger going through the drive thru, and we ordered 2 vanilla lemonades along with 4 items. We could not figure out what the items were supposed to be as they were attrocious in being put together. We went back in and asked what was what because of food allergies. The cashier was obviously new and couldn't help so we adked for the mgr. When she came out she had a negative attitude to start and was very snarky towards us. Very rude, would not look at them and did not even try to redo the order. After her attitude and walking off and making very rude comments we literally did not want any food from the establishment at all. Asked for our money back. The manager on duty should never hold a management position where she has to deal with the public. You need to look at the Tapes, and if she is not terminated for the rude and crass treatment of customers at your location then no pne should eat there. Your dining room was full and everyone agreed that she was totally rude, and should have handled it better. This will be posted as well on Childress Happenings as well as any other fb page shaming your restaurant.

First off we waited 30mins for our food, and none and i mean NONE of things we ordered had anything in them, no lettuce no nothing. Things were missing from our food. And the workers were eating and dropping the food as we watched them make our food.

Nice staff. Food was tasty, but not what the picture showed. We would stop here again if we find ourselves in Childress again.

Every time i ordered i get something missed in bag and this time i complain they arguement with me that’s bullshit
I’m a truck driver who often travels at night, and I’ve noticed this Taco Bell location consistently closes the inside dining area much earlier than the posted hours. It’s currently 9:30 PM, and the doors are already locked even though the sign clearly states the lobby is open until 11 PM. This isn’t the first time it’s happened. I hope the owner or franchise management takes notice and ensures the dining area stays open as advertised, especially for travelers like us who rely on late-night stops.

I ordered a Doritos locos combo. Which is 3 Doritos Loco SUPREME. I get my order get so the way back to the hotel, took a bite... No sour cream or tomatoes. I called the restaurant back and informed her that there was no tomatoes or sour cream. She argued with me, telling me I didn't ask for the tomatoes or sour cream l. I told her I don't have to ask for tomatoes and sour cream it's a supreme locals combo. I told her I worked at Taco Bell for 4 years. She said she's worked there for 8. There is more back and forth but eventually she just told me to come down and get new tacos. I'm thinking cool, so I go down there to get my tacos, bring it back to the hotel, open them up, take a bite......... Loaded with lettuce three or four tomatoes over abundance of sour cream and barely any meat and by barely it barely covered the bottom of the shell. Super petty very immature and disappointing. One customer in a restaurant and still couldn't get my order right and then going to argue about it. I'm glad I don't live in the city and I'm just passing through. I feel sorry for the people who live here and have to do with that lady. Either way it was a lesson learned. Update: I open my last taco and this is what I saw. Picture below. Pathetic.
