Had some very disappointed kids tonight. Business hours on yalls door shows closed at 9pm. Showed up at 8:10 and doors were locked & “closed” sign was also displayed. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere from here on. ??

Snacks are good and tasty but the service sucks. The guy in the front is super dry and vague when ordering. Place looks and smells clean. Just wish the environment was more welcoming. Customization needs to be throughly explained to customers when they desire something other than what’s displayed on menu posters. A customization sign should be displayed. Tasty Italian ice flavors. Pineapple Italian ice didn’t taste like much of anything but the other flavors I tried were right on point! The fruit is super fresh, sweet & satisfying. Would I return? Idk. Great San Antonio Snack house hidden gem! Check it out!!!
