This place was just the right place for us. There was 45 of us that came through and stopped to eat. Food had great flavor, portion size was perfect, there was nothing left. Great variety of pizzas on the menu. Chicken Alfredo was cooked well, temperature of food was perfect. Service was great.Those boys that worked that day were very polite, respectful and were attentive of all our needs. Atmosphere made us feel at home. If you're going to San Angelo or just driving through, you definitely need to take a detour and go to eat here. We will be back.

1982 is the way to go, without question! My family & I have eaten here multiple times before but today they really came in clutch. While on a job I messaged their page & had the most delicious pizza waiting for me when I got done with 8 hours of cleaning! What a relief it was to walk into hot, ready pizza & super friendly staff! I can't thank yall enough!! If you live around Christoval or if you're just passing through, stop by at 1982! I promise you won't regret it! 😊

My college roommate from the Texas Tech era, Kelly Coleman, came down to visit the Hummer House. He called me and invited me to join him and his wife at the Pizza Place for breakfast pizza. I had never heard of pizza breakfast before, and so I agreed to join them. I took my own jar of salasa just in case I needed to spice it up. I ordered the smallest, a 12", breakfast pizza. When it arrived, it looked much bigger than 12"! It was cut into mulitple slices and appeared that every slice had a fried egg on top of it. I chowed down on a slice and was very surprised at how soft, and tasty it was. I did pour some of my hot salsa over it and turned it into a Mexican breakfast pizza! I couldn't eat it all and so I had to take a large portion with me. I liked the freshness and flavor of the pizza ingrediants. That means I'll be returning in the future but I'll be bringing my hot salsa as well.I do wish I could by it by the slice. I can't eat a 12" pizza by myself. A glass of red wine would certainly go good with it. I don't know if they serve Cab/Merlot wines. I'll have to find out.
