Everything was good except for the beef patties, that is not 100% beef, you can taste the fillers. I don't know if it's just this store, I don't remember the other stores having this meat.
The dogs and tots are great.

you could order food at 6 am show up at 10 pm and they still wouldn't have started it what's the point of ordering asap

Went and sat at the order box for a few mins, no greeting no nothing. When I pulled around to see if they were open the order taker was talking to his friends that had walked up to the window. The order taker was working Sept 19, 2024 around 9pm, bushy hair. I asked if the dt was closed and he ignored me amd did a high five handshake with his buddies and asked if they wanted anything

Worst drive through service ever. Ordered only 3 milkshakes and waited 22mins to get them. I could have driven downtown in that time and still got my order from any other drive through. I was tempted to drive off but couldn't since I had paid already. My son kept asking "how long does it take to make 3 milkshakes?"... No apologies when it finally came out also.
I wish Sonic would keep their own promise they made to customers without anyone forcing their hand. That sticker clearly is for display purposes only because Laura a MANAGER certainly disregards it. She stuck her fingers in my cups as she grabbed then to prepare my slushes, after being by the case register, bare hands without washing her hands. When l told her l would not drink her bacteria she was offended. l told her you know what the health dept requires from you, just do that. She remade them, abruptly washed her hands did not wear gloves and repeated the same process as though to fix me the customer who just won't be back instead of following the food guidelines she should know herself. What a shame. Well, since Salmonella, and Echoli are not for me, l will have to drive to a much further Sonic for a slushy. Gross!!!

If I could give this a lower score, I would. I visited this location today at around 5 pm. Nobody was in the drive thru ahead of me and I placed my order. When I got to the window, I attempted to pay both cash and card. This, I am told, isn't possible. No reason given, just can't do it. Fine, I will just go with a smaller drink so I can afford to put it all on one payment type. This caused me to have to wait for an extra 5-7 minutes before they finally figured it out. They "didn't have a manager override on shift" was the reason I was told, twice. That means nothing to me when I have been waiting for 15 minutes for a total and then food but here we are. I finally paid, got my food and drink and left. When I looked into the bag, they had given me marinara sauce instead of the ranch for my cheddar peppers.
Every time I go to this location, there's something that draws the waiting time out twice as long as any other Sonic. The proximity to me isn't worth the hassle of wrong orders and I am just done with this location

Did my order online, requested light ice in my coke instead got a cup full of ice with a splash of coke and my food was just thrown in the bag smashed up. I tried to give sonic a chance but it has truly has gone downhill.

Went to the pull up on menus on the side to order and was told to go through drive-thru. Ordered a sonic blast and it wasn’t even mixed, just vanilla ice cream with a little bit of Oreos tossed up on top. Then when I was leaving the drive thru I saw multiple cars on the drive up menus ordering. Would recommend going to any other location.

The girl who took my order seemed insanely annoyed that we were there but the guy who gave us the food was super friendly. The food is good. I ordered an iced coffee tho and its sour for some reason… no coffee should taste like lemons… that was mad confusing.

Every time I order a BLT they burn my bread. Tonight I ordered a BLT with extra bacon, extra mayo and I asked them to lightly toast my bread so they wouldn’t burn it.I got home and there’s no extra bacon nor extra mayo. My sandwich had a little dab of mayo only on one slice of bread. I looked up the number to call and complain but every time I call a recording comes on and says, This mailbox is full.

This place needs to shut down,.....for good. Horrible cleanliness, horrible service, horrible waiting times. I think the chick-fil-a next door served 40 people in the time I waited and then drove away due to lack of service.
The management is very trash. As much as I don’t like saying such a strong word. It really is. The new male manager is rude. He seems like he just wants to get rid of a situation than solving it. And that’s the problem! He doesn’t listen at all. If you wanna try, test the waters, ask for the male manager and see. You will just tell right away..
