Did my order online, requested light ice in my coke instead got a cup full of ice with a splash of coke and my food was just thrown in the bag smashed up. I tried to give sonic a chance but it has truly has gone downhill.

Went to the pull up on menus on the side to order and was told to go through drive-thru. Ordered a sonic blast and it wasn’t even mixed, just vanilla ice cream with a little bit of Oreos tossed up on top. Then when I was leaving the drive thru I saw multiple cars on the drive up menus ordering. Would recommend going to any other location.

The girl who took my order seemed insanely annoyed that we were there but the guy who gave us the food was super friendly. The food is good. I ordered an iced coffee tho and its sour for some reason… no coffee should taste like lemons… that was mad confusing.

Every time I order a BLT they burn my bread. Tonight I ordered a BLT with extra bacon, extra mayo and I asked them to lightly toast my bread so they wouldn’t burn it.I got home and there’s no extra bacon nor extra mayo. My sandwich had a little dab of mayo only on one slice of bread. I looked up the number to call and complain but every time I call a recording comes on and says, This mailbox is full.

This place needs to shut down,.....for good. Horrible cleanliness, horrible service, horrible waiting times. I think the chick-fil-a next door served 40 people in the time I waited and then drove away due to lack of service.

Waited 15 minutes after pressing red button and no reply so i moved to the drive thru and waited another 15 min being the only one in line. I honked my horn and he finally took my order which was 2 drinks, mozzarella sticks, and a pretzel twist. Waited at the window for another 10 minutes and never got my drinks or food I ended up leaving and saw 10 cars at the speaker when I left. I am now at chili's restaurant and I got my food quicker than the sonic drive thru

Using the Sonic app, I ordered two Route 44 drinks, one being a Sprite zero and the other one being a Coke zero.After 10 minutes of waiting in one if their stalls, the person I was with finally got up and went to building doors to ask for the drinks.The Coke zero was flat and they had to go back and get an alternate selection.I will leave it up to those reading this review, on whether or not you think this is an experience you would like to undergo, or pass up this place for another location.

The management is very trash. As much as I don’t like saying such a strong word. It really is. The new male manager is rude. He seems like he just wants to get rid of a situation than solving it. And that’s the problem! He doesn’t listen at all. If you wanna try, test the waters, ask for the male manager and see. You will just tell right away..

Five stars because Temi is an absolute all star. I have never experienced customer service from a Sonic or any fast food restaurant like this before.
I had gone to this location to order food for my family. I ordered a kids meal for my 10 month old and the extremely rude order taker wouldn’t let me because I said we didn’t need a drink. I didn’t ask for a discount or anything, I just wanted the food with no drink. I tried to continue on with my order and she really wouldn’t take the rest of my order. And when I pulled around to ask for a name the girl really jumped out the building yelling at me all because I didn’t want a drink. I tried to get her name and she covered her name tag. Please save yourself the trouble and skip this, you might be assaulted (verbally) if you don’t order what they want you to order. I wasn’t surprised to come to the reviews and see so many complaints.

Zero stars. Service was not good, ordered online and waited 15 mins in the parking lot for 2 drinks. One drink was an iced coffee and as soon as I took my first sip I felt nauseous, I opened the lid and my coffee looked like spoiled milk was used. Don’t go here !! wouldn’t want anyone to get sick over something like this.
