Delicious Mexican food in a truck off the highway! Everything's delicious. We tried the quesadilla and gordita, both were steak. The meat was tender, not full of gristle. It was freshly made, even the tortillas were homemade. It's plenty of food, especially if you get the plate. The beans and rice were good too!
It's too bad I can't come back unless I'm on a road trip this way, I'd come back for sure! The staff was really friendly.
Parking is fine. If you eat there, there's two or three picnic tables but it's dusty from the roads and highway. No restroom (it is a food truck) but you can run to the gas station across the street if you really need it.

I had two chicken, bean, rice, and pico de gallo burritos on homemade tortillas. Definitly the best burritos I've ever gotten from a food truck. I would recomend Taco Boss to anyone looking for good food. P.S. move it to Abilene or open up another one here.
I arrived while the carne asada was grilling up nice fresh and hot 2 tacos to go with some hot sauce. Super nice way better than the under the lights at the Trk Stp...
