Stopped on I20 for a lunch break. I love DQ shake though on the more expensive side.
This place was great and the meals were at least $4 cheaper than in DFW.

The wait time was very slow but the food was good and hot.

Service here was horrible. First there were no types of drinks for kids, no milk, no tea, no lemonade, then no ice, no sweet tea made, finally got our order after 25 mins. Then went to order ice cream after the meal, asked the young guy what the premade ice cream was in the freezers, he said he didn’t know. Then waiting for it for 15 mins, my daughter went to ask about it and the young guy working had not made it, idk if he forgot or what. The lady that had just clocked in made it and apologized. Ordered HOT FUDGE sundae only to get a hard crisp chocolate dipped ice cream
Cup. These people
Need to be trained better or something. Horrible experience for travelers.

Out of thousands of burgers eaten, the BeltBuster I had at this DQ was one of the worst. I can't think of another time when I've bitten into a hamburger and found the lettuce and tomatoes to be hot, like they've been basking under a heat lamp. Yuck.

Great, Courteous Service from Drive thru staff. Steak Finger Basket was piping hot, served with a Snickers Blizzard and Smiles!

The burgers and fries were hot and fresh. The burgers were made correctly.
What stood out the most to us was the customer service, it was outstanding! Everyone was very friendly. They were quick to refill the tea containers and even asked if we wanted a drink refill. We were impressed!

One of the best Dairy Queens that I have eaten at. The food was fresh, and the service was great! Very friendly staff!

They were taking forever and they got our order wrong a bunch of times and I got ranch but they gave me gravy and it wasn't worth it if we knew we would've just went somewhere else

The 4pc tender basket. More like 2pc basket. Tenders are small. They are normally big. Don’t go through drive if there’s already 3 cars it will take more than 15 minutes to place your order. They wait till the cars are gone then take your order. Call your order ahead. This place use to be faster but not anymore. Food is still good though.

While traveling on I 20 I decided to get dinner here. It was just after 8 pm on Thursday, 8/15/2024. The restaurant was not busy. I had planned to dine in the restaurant, but after waiting more than 20 minutes for a hamburger I had to take it to go. Apparently the hamburger had been done for some time, but they didn't have fries cooked. The fries were fresh and delicious but the burger was cold.

Disgusting. The whole drive thru order took over 30 minutes for 1 burger with only one person ahead of me and 1 other car in the whole parking lot.. only to get an OLD burger that had been reheated in the microwave and tasted stale. The bread was hard all around the edges once it cooled down after a few minutes. Service was awful and the drive thru woman kept looking at me in a very odd manner, almost staring like she was startled to see a woman wearing a bathing suit with a cover up on during
Summer... Uncomfortable to say the least. She was also wearing lounge wear that was mismatched like she just came from the house, with no uniform or apron? Unprofessional. This was the worst experience I have had at a fast food place in a while, and I live in DFW, that says a LOT The whole situation could not have been worse.
