Don't know what is really going on with this location. But the quality of the food is mediocre at best. Drink's haven't been on point either. Normally a good one. But lately Eastland Sonic is better.

Worst experience I’ve EVER had at any business hands down.
The assistant night manager Amber who refused to give her name and her trusty side kick Bill who also refused to give his name along with the car hop Alexa could win an award for horrible customer service.
They were rude at the initial press of the red button, stating that they were about to close. It was 9:41 and they closed at 10. So the bad experience started from there.
The brought out 3 drinks, we ordered 4 and the carhop Alexa proceeded to argue that we only had 3 drinks. We showed her the receipt with the 4 drinks on it, which she then said oh yeah, I forgot the other one.
We then asked for the 4 ranches we needed as they only gave us 2. She then called us a liar and said that there were 3 in the bag and she handed us on more.
The forgotten drink came out with not one single piece of ice. I had to go in to get the ice at which point the assistant night manager Amber told me that it did have ice, as if I somehow dumped the ice but the drink was full to the brim with no ice.
At this point I am beyond frustrated, feeling like we did not come to a place that cares even remotely about customers or customers service. We had already been treated so poorly outside by the car hop and been called liars no less than 4 times. We had been cut off even during the ordering process we were unable to complete the order and part of it was wrong because Bill just turned off the speaker midway while we were speaking, and the screen popped up to pay.
They argued over that and the man Bill refused to give me ice. He came around very aggressively at me.
I took a ranch of the counter and immediately started getting attacked by this team of thugs.
We had already stated to the car hop Alexa that we would pay for an additional ranch but we were not given that option. I sat the ranch back down and left.
We pulled back around to the drive thru window to again ask for employees names and the car hop who had waited was laughing hysterically that we were asking that and Amber said no we’re good,
Shut the window in our faces. My husband knocked on the window and Bill opened it back up and said do we want the cops called for vandalism. What!! For knocking on the window. My husband said sure I’ll call them.
They refused to give me the ice and I had to go back in again to even get that.
Needless to say we spent $30 on 4 side items all that come with a sauce and 4 drinks. We left with 3 ranches and the worst experience we’ve ever had at any business.
Terrible customer service. They would not give me their names but did say I could talk to John the manager but that he wouldn’t care because she, Amber was just right under him.
Terrible people and terrible management.
After speaking with John the manager he said that he would issue a refund but he did not give any indication that he was sorry for the experience. In fact he said that I was rude to them. He never apologized.
Yeah, I’d say a person can only be treated so badly and called a liar so many times before they are pushed to be angry.
Very disappointing situation.
We did reach out to the owner and if he reaches back out with an apology I will come back on here and indicate that.

We stopped in here for hamburgers on Tuesday afternoon. My hamburger was cold and the meat had a weird smell and flavor was really bad. I didn’t say anything to my husband because we were just having a cheap date and going to the lake. That night I woke up sick with stomach pains. I have been sick for two days. I will not go back to this place again. I think the meat was bad.

Me and my gf went ordered a burger and chicken fingers they forgot my honey mustard the chicken was burnt the burger was soggy like it had been boiled asked for only mustard and no onions got mayo ketchup and onions then the slushee was basically just ice… the sprite was rly good tho

I’ll let this picture speak for itself. Not sure where the lettuce or pickles are… and the chicken is only half the size it should be. We seem to always be disappointed by the Sonic in Cisco, not sure why we keep coming back.
