Stopped at the subway to grab a bite to eat, walked-in, the two employees who were a white male and white female looked up and stared at me for literally a minute with no words. The rudeness and uncomfortableness I immediately felt is indescribable. They put their heads down after staring and pretended I was not a potential customer. Foolish of me, I still stood in line, willing to give a second chance but no service was provided, after waiting in line with not a word uttered I turned away. It’s a shame in 2026 racism is at an all time high. Perhaps being a black woman, wasn’t welcomed in this establishment.

The one star is for Madison having to work by herself. She is doing a fantastic job having to work all by herself. I have heard multiple say they only have 1 person until noon and today no one showed up to help her. Madison was efficient and did a great job trying to get everyone’s order done right and has fast as she could by herself.

Normally I love Subway but the Subway in Cisco Texas is just gross. Terrible service as well. ordered 3 sandwiches online. Asked that all 3 be toasted. Not one sandwich had been toasted. Please follow the orders posted. Sandwiches were just nasty. Ill never go here again. Disgusting

On July 16th 2025 we walked in with 10 minutes until closing time, one of the employees told us we close in 10 minutes. We might have time to make your food and we might not. Terrible service. I hope the employees on shift get fired for lack of customer service. It doesn't take 10 minutes to make two sandwiches.

I have never had an issue here *Cisco location* until the last order. I ate half of my sandwich, started eating the other half the next day and there was hair embedded into my sandwich. *I have a hair phobia* so I will not be back to this location again.

My wife and son went there to get sandwiches but had to throw them away because the bread didn't taste right the meat was fatty after talking to them when they got home I called the store back and they said I would have to take the sandwich back to the front the tell them they was no good then they would make them good almost $25 for two 6-in sandwiches and meal but won't be back not happy had to go somewhere else and eat something at a different restaurant was in a big hurry because son had to go all the way to Abilene for a doctor's appointment that he's been trying to see they had a new employee in there must not been trained right and this is in the Cisco Texas location it's sad when you can't even go get a good sandwich anymore

Subway needs to get their priorities straight. I was just there waiting for somebody to help me, but the two ladies were too busy discussing the work they had to do, putting away bread into bags, and making orders for online customers instead of helping the customer standing right in front of them. When I ask them, "why can’t somebody help me?" I was told by one of the ladies there that she had to finish her online order, but the other person just doing work in the background, could easily have stopped what she was doing to help a customer but didn’t want to. I’ll spend my money somewhere else, thank you!

The dude behind the counter always denies me something one day he couldn’t use the oven because it was too hot then got told we couldn’t eat in because the dinning room closes at 7:30 when we had just got there if they are just not wanting to clean or do there job they shoudlve stay home I’m pretty sure it was Brandon I asked for a manager and he said he was a manager on duty
