Subway needs to get their priorities straight. I was just there waiting for somebody to help me, but the two ladies were too busy discussing the work they had to do, putting away bread into bags, and making orders for online customers instead of helping the customer standing right in front of them. When I ask them, "why can’t somebody help me?" I was told by one of the ladies there that she had to finish her online order, but the other person just doing work in the background, could easily have stopped what she was doing to help a customer but didn’t want to. I’ll spend my money somewhere else, thank you!

The dude behind the counter always denies me something one day he couldn’t use the oven because it was too hot then got told we couldn’t eat in because the dinning room closes at 7:30 when we had just got there if they are just not wanting to clean or do there job they shoudlve stay home I’m pretty sure it was Brandon I asked for a manager and he said he was a manager on duty

My family and I came in at 8:59pm 7/21 and were told by the employee we were not allowed to dine in because they cleaned and took out the trash already yet they are open till 10pm. Very rude and we will not be returning

Dear owner, would you please pay a liveable wage to your new employees after you fire the current ones. Took forever to make our sandwich after repeating the answers to their questions several times because they couldn't be bothered to stop having the conversation with the manager and another employee badmouthing a separate employee. Went inside because they get our curbside order wildy wrong every time even though every item on the order is PRINTED on the ticket. Was a huge mistake going inside because it felt like everyone there from the local crackhouse was using it as their new hangout spot. This has been the issue for a year or more. We are local and would rather drive to abilene for subway than come here again.

We stopped here twice on a recent road trip. Both times the restaurant was crowded - even at 1-2 in the afternoon - but the ladies were hard-working and did their job well! ? cheers to you, ladies!
