I did not start out trying to become a regular customer at this Wendy's; however, that is how it ended up. This only happened for 3 reasons. They are consistent, caring, and clean. Even if you just pretend to care, which I do not see happening here, I am fine with the attempt and appreciate it. You cannot fake consistent and clean. I have never got the wrong food, even though they are human. I have never got food I thought sat in the freezer or under a heat lamp too long, and I always got it with a smile, thank you, or even recently a nice philosophical and mildly political conversation with one of the female managers without political conflict, lol. Now here is where I will turn this review sideways...I also think Wendy's breakfast is better than McDonald's. Fight me! LOL. Honestly, this Wendy's has become part of a morning routine that has helped me. The food is consistently how I like it and how I order it. Why not write a review so others can enjoy it as I have...so, this is that attempt. Thank you, Wendy's staff, on I-20 in Cisco, TX. You have earned my returned business and brand recognition.
