Was walking across the parking lot to go to DQ when I spotted this food truck. You don't just walk past a food truck. They've got the classics: tacos (beef, chicken, pork), quesadillas, and tamales. And oh man is it good. Not only food truck good, but definitely one of the better ones. The rice and beans are fantastic, and I'm normally disappointed by that. The lady that served me was really nice. I don't live down here, but the next time I'm around, I'll be stopping by again.
