The reviews were so great that we had to stop on our way through. We each got the Rex plate for $8.99. my husband got it just as it was written. He said the bacon was excellent. He also said he believed the bread was either made here or from a bakery. He said it was great. I got it without bacon and asked for flour tortillas rather than toast. The tortillas also seem to be made here. They are also very good. The refried beans don't have lard and have actual bits of beans in them. They are really good. Actually, everything was very good. We'd definitely come back if we are in the area.

On our way back to Texas, we decided to stop by at Lupita's Restaurant Cafe Claude Tx. It was our first time to try this restaurant. We've ordered enchiladas, soft tacos and double cheeseburger. They were all very delicious. Salsa and chips were a must. The service was outstanding as she made sure we have everything. We would come back again the next time we have a road trip.

Wonderful spot to grab breakfast, lunch or dinner! Stopped for dinner, kids had rice and beans, I had fajitas, and husband had beef tacos. Everything was delicious and we even came back the next morning for Huevos rancheros!
