Looking for a wayside lunchstop on a return trip across Texas from NM to LA we eschewed the obvious Subway and sought a local eatery. Lupita's looked right. Fantastic choice! Very quiet at the time but service was immediate and friendly. When the food arrived we were delighted by everyone's selection. Delicious and right sized local specialty dishes. Served with a welcome and a smile. We even received a complementary dessert of mini sopapillas before departing. Very good value as well! I doubt if we'll be going through Claude again any time soon, but for anyone who's in the neighborhood we could not recommend more highly! Thank you to the owners/ staff for a perfect break in our journey!

We were on vacation and staying at an RV Park near this restaurant and we stopped and got a menu. We ordered many meals from there which included breakfast, lunch, and supper. Always got exactly what we wanted. Very nice people that are anxious to please.
