Sierra was amazing! It was the very best service we have ever had at any subway! Finally, smiling, happy faces willing to go the extra mile! My elderly father-in-law did not like his sandwich because we ordered it wrong, and the girl did everything she could to make it right when it wasn’t her mistake at all it was ours! Dad said it was fine, but she kept insisting that she wanted to make sure he enjoyed it!! She is priceless!!! no one acted like they hated their job for once!

I had a horrible experience with the manager, she tried to overcharged me for a breakfast sandwich I been ordering for the last 10 yrs, only cause apparently she makes her own rules at this location, truckers be aware and stay away.

I have been working in the area for 6 months, and I have been here at least twice a week or more. The ladies here take the time to put love into the sandwiches. I have not had an issue. Great customer service, and they get you in and out. A good lunch or dinner spot if you are pasting through.

My problem was not the cleanliness nor the employees being very courteous. But this particular store is consistently short on the meat as advertised for example the Beast are advertised to be 1/2 pound of meat and in all the other stores I’ve attended they were true to their word. I drive a truck for a living and eat subway quite often. But at my home town store in Claude 3 time I’ve bout the beast and after I purchased the 2nd Beast I actually weighed the meat and it was below a 1/4 pound. If you advertise a half lbs then be true to your word. At the price I don’t feel like I’m asking to muc. h

We needed a place to eat lunch on a road trip thru Texas. After driving thru MANY small towns that unfortunately had no options, we came upon this Subway. Hallelujah! it was clean and employees were so courteous and friendly.
Did a quick late lunch stop at this Subway attached to a large gas station along the road trip North. Has to be the nicest Subway I have been to in a long time. Friendly staff, fresh food, clean tables and restaurant itself! Will definitely stop again !! Thank you!

We have been staying in Claude, Texas on our way to Palo Duro State National Park. There is absolutely nothing in Claude, Texas. It is Sunday afternoon and after a disappointing dinner in Amarillo, we are hungry. The local market; closed. The Burrow Cafe; not open until Tuesday! We decided to walk over to Subway and we’re pleasantly surprised. We gave this little sandwich shop5 stars because you can’t get any better here. The shopwas super clean and Kerry the attendant was an absolute ray of sunshine! Fresh and satisfying sub. The real deal. Thank you for feeding us!
