Spent 50 minutes waiting on one meal and a couple of sides. There was only 1 or 2 other cars there the whole time there so it was not busy. The girl who took our order came out 20 mins later and told us it would be another 20 minutes before we get our meal so we should just cancel then. We said no it's fine, since we already paid. 30 minutes go by and we see her walking away from sonic, like she was leaving.. and we pressed the button again and the guy said he didn't even know we were still waiting and we had our food 5 minutes later.

Every time I try to order a smash burger it is never smashed. Never looks like the advertisements, no crusty smashed edges, just a slightly thin regular burger. I've tried every way I can think of to order it so that it comes out how it's supposed to but it never does. Incredibly disappointing every time.
The people are nice though.

Darius was amazing! My sister and I went through the drive through for a caramel milkshake and an oreo blast and he was so friendly, attentive and super sweet! Honestly the best sonic location I’ve been to 💖

Routinely visited till the app and my bank didn't like each other. Once that was fixed I've tried to return twice and each time I've ordered a route 44 I've been given a large instead. 1st time that's fine I get it things happen, but a second time 2 months later plus i didnt get the flavor addition ordered. Seems kinda fishy to me.

ive lived in the area for a little under a decade now, & this sonic's been one of those staples in my life. even when the service is slow, the staff is friendly, and the food is warm.

I frequent Sonic Drive-Ins anywhere from 3 - 5 times a week. I always get a Route 44 Sweet Tea with extra ice, a Route 44 Peach Slush, and 2 Route 44 Cups of Ice, I'm a sonic ice fiend. As much as I travel for work, when I get to where I'm going, I find out where the closest Sonic is with the handy Sonic App. I place my order with the app, and I get 1/2 price drinks (not all drinks) from open to close.
Something is wrong with the microphone @drive thru….every time, I have to repeat myself over and over with different employees…so its not the person. I dont have that problem at other places, so its not me either

NEED TO CLEAN ICE MACHINE AND SLUSH MACHINE!!! I went to get a slush today and it tasted like strawberries and MOLD… it’s safe to o say I won’t be going back here for a long time.
