I frequent Sonic Drive-Ins anywhere from 3 - 5 times a week. I always get a Route 44 Sweet Tea with extra ice, a Route 44 Peach Slush, and 2 Route 44 Cups of Ice, I'm a sonic ice fiend. As much as I travel for work, when I get to where I'm going, I find out where the closest Sonic is with the handy Sonic App. I place my order with the app, and I get 1/2 price drinks (not all drinks) from open to close.

Something is wrong with the microphone @drive thru….every time, I have to repeat myself over and over with different employees…so its not the person. I dont have that problem at other places, so its not me either
It was great with the exception of the little girl who brought us our food. She was a little bit rude

NEED TO CLEAN ICE MACHINE AND SLUSH MACHINE!!! I went to get a slush today and it tasted like strawberries and MOLD… it’s safe to o say I won’t be going back here for a long time.

Ordered a hot fudge sundae,,no hot fudge. Just ice cream with cherry on top. Also they do not have peanuts for the topping. Also again the speaker phone mike doesn't work properly.

I went thru drive thru and the staff acted as if they couldn’t hear my order over their system. So she tells me to come to the window. I tell her the order from the beginning and she didn’t write it down or even check the computer to see if she got it right she just looked at me like she memorized it. I knew I was gonna have to check order, my drink was made wrong after telling her 4 times how to simply make a frozen lemonade slush add blue raspberry and twisted lime. My burger I got a double cheese quarter pound burger. More than 3 times I only said I just don’t want the mustard, they give me a burger with no cheese. The girl still doesn’t understand so the manager hands me the food and drink and of course I had to tell her 2 more times about the burger. Instead of just making me a fresh one they stick 2 pieces of cold cheese on the burger after all this waiting. The workers including the supervisor or manager have no understanding, poor customer service, and no accountability. Line ended up being so long just to get this simple order and I could understand if it was a complicated order. Frozen lemonade with blue raspberry, and twist lime. 2 chili cheese hotdogs, A quarter pound cheeseburger no mustard. Bacon wrap and southwest wrap(both are brand new and like a dollar) she acted like they didn’t know what the new item was that they have pictures up hanging of lol like this was the worst sonic experience I have ever had and I will never ever go back to this location.

May 20 and again tonight, June 25, they bring the wrong item out to me, come back, and deliver to the correct customer. May 20th, they bring out a drink to me, and I see it's the wrong color. A few minutes later, they pick up the drink, and deliver to the correct customer. Tonight, June 25th, they bring out the wrong shake to me, come back, and deliver to the correct customer. Sorry, not sorry, but I think that is improper food handling. I cannot in good conscience continue to give this place my business.

Supersonic cheeseburger: old dry patties with unmelted cheese on a literally COLD to the touch bun. Not room temp. COLD. Trash, 1/10Onion rings: too sweet and taste like a donut with onions. What the heck is even that? 1/10Cheese sticks: no marinara included in the bag. Standard cheese stick, 2/10Chili cheese tots: some tots with a tablespoon of chili and cheese that covered about three tots total. Trash 1/10No sauces of any kind were included. Whole order 1/10.I’ve had Good Sonic before and it’s GOOD. But this store is 1/10 and I will never return or recommend.

Tonight, Monday May 20th, I came to pick up an order that I placed via the app. I checked in at stall#2, and the car hop brought me a drink, that was actually for stall#3. I handed it back to the car hop and said this isn't mine. The car hop apologized, and delivered the order to stall#3. That's just plain gross. What if I had COVID or something else? The car hop went back inside, and after a few minutes, returned with my order, which was incorrectly made. It was such a horrible service.

Ordered 4 burgers they were all wrong. Not the first time either, gets worse every time we go. Think I would have learned my lesson by now.
