Boyfriend and I went here tonight, I ordered the cheese tots, popcorn chicken, buffalo sauce, and ranch, and he ordered the garlic butter burger. When we went through the drive thru, we asked to have a minute to think, and then never heard from the attendant again. We asked about 4 times if she was there, saying we were ready to order, and she never spoke again. So after waiting for upwards of 5 minutes for a response, we decided to just go to the pull in spot. We ordered, paid, and within about 5 minutes it said Meya was on the way with our order. Clearly that was a lie, since we sat there waiting for our food for nearly 30 minutes!! We even pressed the button after about 20 minutes to see if we could speak to someone, but no one replied (shocker!). When we FINALLY got our food and got home, the tots barely had enough to fill the bottom of the basket, the burger was greasy and smashed looking, and they forgot my ranch. Really unsure why they were so awful tonight as I've had a handful of alright experiences here in the past, but wow, they absolutely dropped the ball tonight. If something had been going on to prevent them from bringing our food out in a timely manner, we would have understood, but we weren't even offered an explanation. Just an awkward chuckle when we said we thought they forgot about us. If you don't care about your customers as an establishment, then close your doors and go out of business. The food was also wildly mediocre, and was nowhere near the 30 minute wait, or being ignored by the staff.Bonus- none of the food in the picture is actually chicken. Just the crusty fried bits. There were, in total, about 5 actual pieces of chicken in the "jumbo popcorn chicken". The rest was this. Crispy fried bits that taste like nothing other than fry oil.

Let me preface by saying, as a restaurant server, I have to go above and beyond to earn every tip I make. I went to this sonic today, and a taller man with a tattoo on his left arm brought our food out. I handed him cash for the order (about a dollar and some change over because I only had 2 dollar bills on me) and he tells me he would be right back with my change. I sat and waited for about 15 minutes before going back up to the door. He comes out and tells me that I gave him more than I was supposed to. I told him I needed my change and he kept trying to argue nonsense with me. All I have to say is if you are that desperate for a tip, maybe you should consider a different line of work. Entitlement isnt a very professional trait to have in the customer service industry. If you come to this sonic make sure you get your change back.

I came thru the drive thru to get my toddler a cherry slush. Jamie approached my vehicle with a medium slush and gave me a total of 3 something. I asked her is that for a mini cherry slush. She said no, it would be 1.65. I give her $2. She went inside and came back out with some change. I told her to keep it. During this whole interaction Jamie seemed so cold or as if she is annoyed. I opened the slush and it is pure ice and around the edges is the cherry syrup. At this point I didn't want my toddler to drink anything from there. I asked Jamie for a refund for my slush and she gave me $1.50 . Sonic needs to look into this young lady because usually a Manger comes and gives you the refund. I didn't see a register open, nothing. Adrian the manager his face said it all but he took care of me. When I asked for her name he said it was on her badge but I told him she didn't have one. Trust me I wouldn't ask if it was. 90 percent of the evening individuals passing thru a drive thru had a long day and don't feel like cooking. Take a moment and get it right the first time. Now I have to drive to another Sonic to get what I want. Some things should take 4 tries. I just wanted a mini cherry slush. That's it.

I specifically requested ordering, two orders of All American dogs with large fries and two large slushes, and ALSO a footlong Coney and chili cheese tater tots. I got everything but the footlong Coney.I asked him if he got the order right, because it was supposed to be three hot dogs, three sides, and two drinks, and I even tipped him because I told him I know what it's like to be in food service. Severely Disappointed. I give one-star because I can't give zero stars.

Looks like I have to drop the review now. It's not like you go here for high quality food, but you do expect to get the amount that you pay for.After I was given these underfilled blasts, I pointed out to the staff these were lacking. She refuted and said this was normal and that I must be thinking of something else.Having gone here for years basically ordering the same items, I know what is normally delivered and I wasn't getting anywhere in my discussion with her.I guess I will now be no longer going to this sonic.

So far from what it used to be, good. If I didn't have gift cards to burn up, I wouldn't spend my money here. The SS burrito used to be loaded. It came with a couple tomato slices, onion, a decent amount of tater tots, and actual sausage. Now, it's a ton of egg folded over, half the size it used to be, double the price, a ton of jalapeños, and honestly not a lot else. Tried the footlong coney too. Pretty lackluster as well. I added mustard, it came dowsed in it. It just wasn't good like it had been at one point in time.
