It was my first time and a recommendation, since I arrived with my wife, the service was super, the drinks and And the food, not to mention the taste, is delicious, the employees are super friendly and attentive, I recommend it 1001%, I will return again this week.

Waiter was not responding. Food came out cold. Only thing that was good was chips and hot sauce. The beans and rice had a good taste but it was cold. The chicken was hot inside the flauta but the outside tortilla wasnt. They were supposed to be fried. The chicken in the flauta tasted old. There was a waitress there also that was loud and rude!

Called in an order to manager. Said it would be ready fast in 10 minutes. Went to pick up order from bartender and my order did not exist. They only had someone else's order that was twice my order. Went to get manager and she tried to make the bartender sell me the wrong order anyway for the second time. Manager asked what I ordered and then refused to admit she just took my order 15 minutes previously. She tried telling the bartender somehow my name was connected with that order instead of admitting she had made a mistake. Made it clear to bartender I know she took the order because I know the voice. She thanked me for saving her from being reprimanded by the manager for something she didn't do. I left and told her the manager does not deserve the business acting like that.

Don’t eat here. They have a literal child seating people that doesn’t have 1 clue about customer service. I’m talking zero brain cells to talk to customers. She literally left us a family of six standing there waiting with no estimation of when a table would be ready and completely ignored us. My husband and two elderly parents needed to sit down so we all sat down in one of the many empty booths of which the incompetent young woman sat many couples coming way after us. With still zero word or acknowledgment to us. The bar back brought us chips and salsa and the idiotic young woman told her not to and to take it back then the little moron proceeded to come over say no I can’t seat you all here. I was like fine but my elderly parents and handicapped husband need to sit down. It should be fine they sit there with chips and salsa until you can seat us!! This is what happens when you let idiots make decisions! We literally left after her humiliating my family for needing to sit down. She should be fired until she learns some compassion. The food there isn’t good enough for being treated like utter trash. If you decide to eat here GOOD LUCk to you! Awful horrible customer non-service.
