Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store

Please take this review with the knowledge that I have over 10 years experience as an S-tier fast food worker, 3 of which were at a very high performing Braum's.
Took about 5 minutes for a cashier to come over to the dine in section to take orders while they had 4 people running ice cream on a not so busy line. It is what it is.
While I took my son to the restroom, an associate had noticed that I filled our water cups with soda, I know, that one's on me. Per my wife's words, he walked up to our table, yanked the cups off our table, and slammed cups of water on our table before storming off. There's an right way to handle that and that wasn't it.
But the major grievance was with another employee. Our son, at our table, was being rude to us, and we did our best to correct the behavior. He was not being loud or disruptive to the rest of the patrons, we're not those kind of parents. But another employee, who had just gone on break, had said in his phone call that we were raising our kid badly. Instead of causing a scene, we got up to leave, verbalizing to ourselves that we should not have come in today. Again, the employee had made another rude comment over the phone about us. It was at this point I asked if he had a problem, and he said he was talking about something else over the phone. As soon as I turned my back, he told them that I was getting too aggressive. Let me be clear, I am all for employees talking smack about customers that DESERVE it; weird orders, rude for no reason, etc. But this guy was criticizing how we disciplined our son literally right behind us in the next booth Every worker knows that you do not talk smack about customers in the freaking lobby, that's just stupid and rude.

Just went for ice cream this visit...

This evening we had the misfortune to have Jason the supervisor make our yogurt cones. The yogurt was level with the cone. We had never had any small like that before and couldn't believe how they were made. We complained and he said he was the only one who made them right. We pointed to the picture and he said that was a large cone. We knew he was lying 🤥 and told him so. My advice is don't let Jason make your cone and if he does hand it back.

Ice cream is always great on a hot evening.

They were very busy yet they served our group of 13 very fast. Great service, great ice cream. Good job !

Good restaurant until I showed up inside and could not bring my assistance dog inside without the vest. My dog hates the vest. I needed a pound of butter and some lemon juice. Was already inside the store at the register when denied service. Forrest Gump dude called his manager instead of just ringing me through. I am asbergers. Train your employees better. This is unacceptable for a disabled person just because they have their dog with them.

30 minutes just to order we were the only ones in line shakes took 6 minutes to get the shakes the giy who took our order he speaks very quiet we couldn't hear him he also didn't listen very well as he messed up almost everything on the order the shakes he made were extreamly messed and covered in ice cream
the shake station was nor clean it was filthy the person I assumed to be the manager was undermining everything the obviously new employees did nothing was right
