Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store

The cashier Tanya is so disrespectful and so rude to the customers and employees, I saw her yelling and making a couple of them cry and also made me a customer cry.

I just went through the drive thru and the employee at the window was extremely rude when I asked for sauce. I work in the food service industry and I get that it’s irritating when people ask for something at the window but, every time I ask at the speaker they NEVER give it too me. There was no need to be disrespectful. He said and I quote “next time ask for sauce at the speaker” and proceeds to slam the window.

Lord have mercy! Drive thru: 45 mins for a KIDS MEAL! you have got to be kidding me.... still waiting, I'm gonna lose my crap if the tiny burger isn't correctly made.

I can't give anymore than 3, and considered giving two stars. Why? I only come to braums for ice cream. The last year or so I often encounter the same scenario, like today.

I ask for a tuxedo sundae. The girl asks someone what goes on that. Well she mixed up the fudge and marshmallow toppings, putting them on the wrong kind of ice cream. The marshmallow was half on half in the middle of the two scoops. It was just a mess. Every now and then you'll get an employee you can tell has made something a bunch of times but it's few and far in between.

Bigger burgers than most one third over one quarter pounder patties

Super slow service. Not enough staff. Good food and nice cashier though

Slowest drive thru ever. All the kids have different color hair and very few brain cells. Person on intercom said they were out of Braums sauce. When I get to the window there is an entire tray full of it right next to the window. I asked him if that's what it was and he treated me like I was an idiot for asking. I said didn't you say yall were out. He said he didn't see it. It was beside the window he was working at.... won't be back

We go here a lot. The ice cream is cheap. However the building looks like a subway from the 90s. It is also in an iffy part of town and has some slightly sketchy people there- but all around a good spot. The ice cream always fills you up but gives you a stomach ache after. 4/5 stars.

Edit: Had to edit this to 1 star. Came in a couple weeks ago and saw several employees raw dogging the food with their hands after handling money. One girl cut up a banana with her bare hands and shoved it in a bowl, mashing it all up in her finger nails. It's too much and I don't think I'll ever eat Braums again.

Parking: About 30 parking spots.

The banana splits are amazing. I love that you can choose your own ice cream flavors for them

Changed my review from “this place is terrible” to now I’m saying you just need to sell or have corporate come here or something. I’ve never seen a bigger congregation of idiots in my life. Seriously. Please send help or let something else be built in this waist of space.
