Service was good. The speaker for order numbers was extremely loud. The place was very clean and orderly. Staff professional and courteous. Took a little too long for dine-in orders getting served was the only problem.
I can't give anymore than 3, and considered giving two stars. Why? I only come to braums for ice cream. The last year or so I often encounter the same scenario, like today.

Slowest drive thru ever. All the kids have different color hair and very few brain cells. Person on intercom said they were out of Braums sauce. When I get to the window there is an entire tray full of it right next to the window. I asked him if that's what it was and he treated me like I was an idiot for asking. I said didn't you say yall were out. He said he didn't see it. It was beside the window he was working at.... won't be back
