Horrible place in general. They take forever with your order and they are not organized. The lady in charge does not know what order she has given and just makes you wait unnecessary time.

They don't prepare your food properly and they don't post a sign that it's drive through only so everybody's trying to get in the door you need to correct this problem

This is my preferred burger king location. Very fast, friendly, and the orders are always accurate. The one in Joshua is soooo slow, I live only 5 mins from it and it takes me less time to drive to cleaburne to pick up an order.
Today's lunch manager was abrasive and very loud. Openly making fun of customers and laughing extremely loud. Restroom was too dirty to use.Will not be going back there.

My Husband and I have been Burger King Supporters, for many years. After today's visit to this Cleburne Location, not so much! The manager's manner is very abrasive, and speaks so loudly, that it is impossible to enjoy one's meal. In audible distance, she made fun of two ladies leaving the restaurant. This was clearly heard by all (few) who were eating. My sandwich was very poorly made. Pickles folded in half, and the onion had membrane, which resembled worms. When we were leaving, she yelled "Have A Nice Day". We did not respond, and before we stepped outside, she said "They Probably Can't Hear". Is this what one can expect from Burger King?
