I will say, the food and service here has been EXCELLENT. The parking situation...that's another story. One of the worst Chick-fil-A lots I have ever been in. Good luck finding spots during lunch hour.

Caution!! I don’t even want to give 1 star. A server at this establishment does not wash their hands or the food was undercooked. I just spent the last week with food poisoning and the food I ate here and one other item at home that consisted of nothing that could spoil. I don’t wish this on anyone.

Besides the drive thru being notoriously slow the customer service is horrendous!! On a recent visit I ordered a large fruit cup that was not even a quarter of the way full, you could see the bottom of the cup. I called and was told that they would replace it on my next trip. 8 days later I went by and asked about getting it replaced when I placed my order. I was told that they only will replace it for 7 days. I was not informed that it had to be within 7 days so that means I paid 6.00 for nothing. I even called later to verify with the manager. I will not darken the doorsteps of the Cleburne location again.

We ordered two biscuits right before breakfast for carry out. There’s no reason not to leave an order out for AT LEAST an hour. We got there 40 minutes later and they had already thrown them out. I called about it, and they told me to come back — that they would take care of. We get there the next time, to find out there’s this whole process. That the guy I talked to should have taken our names, put it in the system. It was just a really bad experience. We never complain, even at times when we should have. We’re not trying to get free stuff, and to be made to feel that way, when we’re just trying to get back what we lost? This chick fil a just sucks in our experience.

This place has just gone down hill... the new fries are so hard you can't eat them.. and they refuse to give you enough sauce.. ty for ruining dinner.. plus the wrap my husband got was mostly lettuce.. thieves

I ordered a gluten-free bun and I paid for it and they didn’t even put it in bag so I didn’t get my gluten-free bun with my sandwich The last time I came to Chick-fil-A, they gave me a medium fry, not a large when I said a large This Cleburne branch is getting worse and worse
It's extremely unfortunate that I've got to write a negative review for Chick-fil-A. I have been a Chick-fil-A customer for over 20 years. I have visited locations all over this country. Never once have I been told that they would not do the lunch menu at request during breakfast hours... Especially 6 minutes from the 10:30 conversion to the lunch menu. I've attached an image showing the time. It took me 4 minutes to start this review. Absolutely ridiculous. Do better.
Edit: On reading other reviews it appears that this location just has a failure to learn. There have been multiple complaints for similar issues. When one person tells you something, you can ignore it. However, when you hear it time and time and time again... maybe it's you that's wrong. I strongly encourage corporate to step in because this CFA is getting it very wrong and hurting the brand by upsetting lifelong customers.

At least it's warm... aside that it's always wrong weither it's a forgotten item or leaving pickles on. The drive thru is sssslllllloooowwww. You would almost be faster just driving to the burleson location. At least there they make it how you ask it to be made and make it lightning fast.

Was clean and fresh. Always have had luck at all chick filet locations with exception of the Granbury tx location. Eaten there 2 times and threw sandwich away. This location is awesome

Probably the slowest, most inaccurate Chick-fil-A I've ever been to. The food is good but our order was wrong, TWICE during the same visit.
