Ordered inside to go and instead of calling my name to get order, it was placed in the order pickup area like it was a DoorDash order. Only employee that helped was Chloe who seen us waiting for over 10 minutes. Food is now cold and not fresh. Employees too busy carrying on personal conversations and horseplay instead of making sure guests get their order. Even the cashier who took the order saw us just standing around. Just terrible service today without it even being a rush inside or drive through

Terrible experience. Waited almost 30 minutes in line just to get home and realize half my order was missing. Called the manager and he acted like it was my problem — super rude and unhelpful. When I went back, the staff had no idea what was going on, and I had to wait another 10 minutes for the missing food. Completely unorganized and disappointing, definitely not the Chick-fil-A service I’m used to. I work in customer service and management myself, so I completely understand mistakes happen — but this could’ve been handled better.

Me and my hubby got food poisoning within an hour after eating chicken from here on Monday night. We have never been so sick in our entire life. My husband had to take 2 days off work. We spent $500 + getting iv therapy + zophran to help us bc we are so miserable. I will never eat here ever again. So sick we can’t even take care of our 6 year old , luckily my parents came to the rescue and have watched her the past couple days & took her to school when they live an hour away. Super disappointed, bc we love chickfila. This ruined it for us. A miserable week for us that could have been prevented . The chicken was undercooked.
