I wetness 3 employees starting their shift take out the trash return to the kitchen without washing there hands. I'm sure it's chicken express policy for all employee to wash there hands regularly.
I would have rather waited a few minutes longer than to have received undercooked food. I see now, why nobody was there, why your parking lot was empty, prior to me pulling up. Please pay your employees more so I don't have to worry about getting sick or dying from undercooked chicken. Playing with peoples food is nothing to play with.
Ordered in drive through, got home and realized one of our snack packs didn’t have any chicken tenders and another meal was short a couple of tenders. The manager (I didn’t get her name, my husband spoke to her) made it right immediately. Great customer service
