Just go across town to the one on Main, youll ask for a sauce and they give you two for free…Only reason we went to Henderson is because we had to get on 67 and it was on the way 🤦♀️

It's not nice to mock people in the drive thru asking nicely for a sweet tea. It really isn't that funny and I could hear her in the background of the speaker. As a person who has worked drive thru for a while, your mics pick up a lot guys.

What an awful experience from beginning to end. The food pictured is supposed to be $13 worth of food apparently (keep in mind I didn't order a drink). 😶 I sat in the drive thru for about ten minutes and there was only one car in front of me. Yet somehow my chicken was ice cold, so apparently I wasn't waiting around all that time for hot, fresh food. I questioned the prices because I don't remember it being so high last time I went to Chicken E and the employee was quite full of attitude when he responded and made sure to tell me that the prices aren't his fault in an extremely rude tone. He had offered me a side of ranch with my poppers when he took my order on the speaker, but it was not in the box he gave me. I requested no gravy on the mashed potatoes and clearly as pictured received gravy. That kid probably needs to go work somewhere where he isn't face to face offering customer service each day, because he was quite rude. His name was Issac I believe as that is what my receipt said. I will not be returning to this Chicken E and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone unless they can get their staff on board with better customer service and preferably better food. I remember loving every single thing on the menu back in the day, but I threw half of my overpriced meal in the trash because it was not even a little tasty. I put in my time working at a Chicken Express for four years when I was a teenager, so I do know first-hand that this job isn't difficult. I have worked in customer service for over 20 years and that was a sorry example of making the customer feel important. I didn't even want to give y'all ONE star, but it made me. 👀 Do better.

Don't get me wrong the food is good, but you don't get ur money worth, the chicken is too small, they don't get your order right, when I asked for mashed potatoes they gave me gravy, when I ask for two-piece mix, they had gave me dark, we didn't get our two large sweet teas, no spoons for my mashed potatoes, they had an attitude the manager got a smart ass mouth, he didn't not want to give us anything or say sorry, everybody in there laughing behind the counter. Never expected that before, going home unhappy, too expensive 😞🫰... I didn't get my two-piece mix are my sweet tea in my spoon 🥄 in my mashed potatoes, but they took my money... That is very sad, that a place that would do that to you. I need the corporate number, somebody I need to talk to about this place. Because that's not right..

Sat in the drive through for over 25 minutes- we ordered a single cup of Mac and cheese. Cars behind us got entire meals while we waited, bags and bags of food. We left after waiting and watching at least 4 or 5 employees look at us and not serve us. Absolutely ridiculous.

Just got off of work and ready for some hard earned dinner? This is a number 1 with okra. How many times has the okra been fried? I'd say minimum of three times based on them being more greese then okra. Do all of those pieces of breading add up to another 2 tenders? Not in my book. I call them tenders, but they honestly are closer to rubber bands. This was at 6:30pm, and it's not the first time.
