Girl threw my food at me very rude also unsanitary I seen a girl pick up the corn fritters out of the freezer with no gloves after she took money and drop them in the grease

Chicken E has just got to the point that it is so high priced, and I keep getting smaller pieces of chicken with tiny sides. Half the people working there clearly don't want to be there, and sadly, it shows. I only go here now when I run out of other places to eat in azle. The food isn't bad, it's just priced so much higher than alternative chicken places I can stop by n on the way in from town

Worst experience I have EVER had at a Chicken Express. I was shorted on my order, called and spoke with MOD, explained what had happened, asked for a refund and said I couldn't come back tonight and was told I could not get a refund for the item I was shorted without bringing the full order back. My family had already eaten half of it so I couldn't bring back the entire thing so I was told there was nothing they could do for me. I asked to speak with the next supervisor and was told the only person over them was the owner and they cant give out that information. Not to mention my food was ice cold. I will NEVER be back. Chicken Express stole from me in my eyes. I encourage you to try any other Chicken spot in town. There are plenty to choose from. I assure you Chicken E will never get money out of me again. I also will be contacting corporate. All i asked was for their mistake to be fixed but they didn't want to. What a shame.

BEWARE!!! We stopped on a Friday night and grabbed dinner and some half and half teas. When we got home my tea wasn't as sweet so I went to add a sweet n low and found a long black hair in my cup. Disgusted. We will not be back.

Been going to Chicken E for years, it's almost a mainstay with the crazy hours my job has. Was hoping for some really good stuff tonight, the chicken strips dipped in the gravy, really good stuff. Usually the food is pretty good for fast food chicken strips. However, I'm guessing an hour before close they start to limit items. They had the chicken strips and the gravy, they had the Okra that I always get tho it was obviously the bottom of the basket as many were tiny and extra crispy. The other items I tried to order to go with it, Mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, they had zero. This was an hour before closing. Not at all what I would have expected. Ended up getting corn nuggets which were ok, my wife didn't like them tho. The corn nuggets was a sweet corn, very sweet, deep fried, not very crunchy. Not impressed with this location at that time. Hopefully it's better earlier in the day.

Went in for dinner. There was no one in restaurant because the whole town was at homecoming. We order, and it takes them about 10min to tell us they have no spicy tenders and they could give us regular or wait 8min for spicy. We chose to wait, after all, they are empty. 20min later, we get our food. All the while, everyone is cleaning and playing around, not concerned at all about our food. It took 30min to finally get our food. I'd hate to see if they were busy.
