Waiting 15 minutes before a server came by to asked about our drinks? We stated we are ready to order after the drink order and Justin replied “give me a few minutes”, we gave you 15 minutes already! It was only two of us and the business was not busy for a Saturday at 1400 hours! Need to work on your customer service and other servers standing by the back wall.
This is the 117th Chili’s that I’ve been to. Probably invent a card to be stamped. You can look in my Facebook history. Allie is an amazing bartender. She keeps the beers flowing in the smiles happenIng. Top two bartenders of 117.
