We went in there for my MIL s birthday. None of us can complain about food it's pretty dang good! I ordered a hamburger and it was fantastic! The server was really awesome he was tall and had curly hair. Very attentive!

Orderd from door dash for pickup and they let someone else take my order withoutconformation it was theirs,instead of helping me they said I had to take it up with door dash even though it was completely their fault.door dash not only couldn't do anything but further more they never marked my order as picked up so I was not able to get a refund in time.this customer service is the worst I have ever seen.

After remembering some friends and majority reviews saying this restaurant was trash quite some time ago, we decided to go anyway (not checking recently). We had a spunky server Aiden who not only made sure we were taken care of, but never felt like we were a burden even though he seemed super busy. The staffing overall was mostly well coordinated and seemed to be flowing as a team, but Aiden went above and beyond. He made suggestions when asked, he was personable, he was attentive. When they made my food wrong and someone else had gone to get it fixed, Aiden after asking if we were good he noticed my food wasn’t there but my wife's was and went without a word to find out what happened, and came back with an apology. Bro straight up seemed busy but made sure he knew everything he needed to, ensuring our satisfaction. Super engaged. Additionally the food was great when it got there! Loved this visit! We walked in expecting a 2.5 star experience, walked out with a 5 star, and largely thanks to Aiden! We will be back!

Service was ok and food was decent. Took my son to the bathroom and witnessed staff members walk in, use the restroom, and walk out without washing their hands. Disgusting. Will not be back. Does anyone on the staff wash their hands? I shouldn’t have to wonder if my food is safe when dining out.

There was no service. If you are familiar with Chili's, it appears they no longer employee waitresses, only servers. They will bring your food out to you after that you're on your own. I can't see justifying a 10% tip for a person to simply bring my food out from the kitchen. The first time I ever gave a flat 10%. The burger was really tasty. I ordered a brisket burger. The appetizers seemed stale and / or overcooked, and the fries were certainly overcooked. I typically have two beers, but as I said, the waitress never came back. The restaurant was clean despite the crowd. And the place was not too loud. But the menu prices were quite high. It's absolutely not worth the price.
Ordered the old timers burger and chose a black bean patty. There was no indication on the menu description that this was going to be a spicy burger. The fries that I chose were crisp and had a good flavor as did the burger, once I got through the spiciness of it. Our waiter was very attentive even though he was spread to serve many tables, great job! The entrance rug needs to be tacked down better as my wife almost tripped due to it rolling back.
