We went in there for my MIL s birthday. None of us can complain about food it's pretty dang good! I ordered a hamburger and it was fantastic! The server was really awesome he was tall and had curly hair. Very attentive!

After remembering some friends and majority reviews saying this restaurant was trash quite some time ago, we decided to go anyway (not checking recently). We had a spunky server Aiden who not only made sure we were taken care of, but never felt like we were a burden even though he seemed super busy. The staffing overall was mostly well coordinated and seemed to be flowing as a team, but Aiden went above and beyond. He made suggestions when asked, he was personable, he was attentive....

There was no service. If you are familiar with Chili's, it appears they no longer employee waitresses, only servers. They will bring your food out to you after that you're on your own. I can't see justifying a 10% tip for a person to simply bring my food out from the kitchen. The first time I ever gave a flat 10%.
The burger was really tasty. I ordered a brisket burger. The appetizers seemed stale and / or overcooked, and the fries were certainly overcooked....
