Third time I've been here and each time they are out of ingredients particularly the veggies. It's 7:30 at night and Google says they close at 11:00. However the employee says no we don't have any more veggies for the rest of the night, like they just didn't feel like making them? It happens every single time we go.. they also were out of one of the lemonades, I'm assuming because they don't want to make any more. What time do you actually close???? Because if it's truly 11:00 then you have a lot more customers to serve. But even if it's 9:00 p.m. that's a full hour and a half of business that's supposed to be open with available ingredients. I mean you charge a lot for for your burrito bowls, all of your ingredients should be readily available.Since this is ongoing the manager needs to look into this.

I was hesitant to come because of the bad reviews, but I came after my cousin said she had a good experience.
The place was PACKED, but we were greeted and attended to quickly. My sons quesadilla accidentally slid on the floor, and they quickly remade me another. My chips were stale, but when I took them back they gave me a new bag and apologized.
Employees all had great customer service!

I placed an online order for pickup, and was given the wrong meal. Not only was it wrong and inedible (covered in hot sauce) it was cold! Ofcourse I didnt realize until I got back to my desk and opened it, and didnt have time to drive all the way back, so got to waste $15 and starve! I tried to complain on the app, and they only offered a free drink. Tried to call, couldnt get through. Honestly I wont be back after this.

I got one bowl. And they charged me for two chicken bowls chips and salsa and guacamole. When I got in the car and saw my receipt I went right back in and they looked at my receipt but then they asked me if I would pull my bank account up and show them my bank account that maybe I have the wrong receipt.. I showed it to them. And they did refund my money but I don't feel like anybody should look at your bank account

Ordered a delivery. Double protein bowl. Was charged for double. Didn’t even get a single portion. If they were out of the protein and didn’t want to make more. They should have informed the delivery driver and not even bothered sending the order.
I am so disappointed. First time ordering from this Chipotle and it leaves a lot to be desired. The food was cold, the chimichurri sauce was spilled all over the inside of the bag, chips were stale and they only filled the queso cup up halfway. I would have sent this to the chipotle directly but they don’t have a “contact us” on their app.

I got food poisoning after eating here. I was terribly sick. It's the only thing I ate and then about 20 minutes after that started throwing up. I continued throwing up and being sick for the next 24 hours

This is the second time that the food was cold as in straight out of the refrigerator cold and we had to warm it up. I believe several other locations got in trouble for the same issue.
