I ordered a 2pc wing and thigh meal. Received a drum and breast meal instead. Chicken breast was dry. Biscuit was dry. Potatoes had no flavor. Awful food and apparently the workers don't know the parts on a chicken.

I never experienced bad service until couple weeks ago the older lady that works there ask us to leave we couldn't eat there bcs they close the lobby but we had been waiting for our food already for like 10min sitting on one of the tables . When we got out we check our order it was all wrong went back and she made faces bcs she had to give us what we ordered. The young guy there looked like he felt bad when she ask us to leave.
Lady at the window was nice but chicken that I literally just pulled out with is cold. Don’t know how long is been sitting there and taste is nonexistent. I remember eating here as a kid and just moved back to Texas excited to eat here. So disappointed

I come here quite often and the owner is so sweet but tonight the one a t window was rude and couldn't get order right. I didn't know you have to ask for special, I thought saying 3 pc for 5.99 was ok but not this cashier. Won't be back

Really gone down hill. It's so filthy inside. They can't hear order over the drive thru intercom. Slow service, no apologies for the long time it took. Chicken was overcooked, fries cold, just awful. I always enjoyed eating there in the past , but never again.

I stopped by for some takeout because I love Church's Chicken. I got the spicy strips and mashed potatoes and gravy. The place was very busy at dinner time so I knew the chicken would be fresh. The ladies working there were very friendly despite being so busy. I will definitely return.
