It was 7pm and they had no mac n cheese. We waited in the parking lot 30min for our food. Got home and they didn't give us our 4 apple pies, no dipping sauce for our tenders, and no extra gravy. They closed for business around 7.15 and had 3 cars parked, waiting on food. How can you be so bad at your job? Worse, how can you be so bad at running a business?

Today When I visited Church’s Texas Chicken this one employee was disrespectful and racist!! She started cussing us out. I wouldn’t recommend going to this place again.
This place has the worst employees! This Indian lady that was working there said “Go back to where y’all came from Mexicans.” She cussed us out too. And even worse, the manager didn’t even care!!! That lady was being so racist and rude. The chicken was dry too! I’m never coming here again!!!

The food was not what I expected.. cold and bland.....But the man who was the cashier (not the onwer ) was amazing great customer service and was upselling to us which is great...The lady owner or manager need to pick her hair up and put a hair net , get off the phone and focus on what u doing .. on phone and then touching the food to serve us is disgusting.. do better!!!But the cashier american man still amazing!!I am just traveling through and won't ever stop there again!!.
