I placed an online order and arrived to pick it up, but their last batch had overcooked, and nothing was available. They refunded .y order but didn't process, and I was told. I went back in person to get a refund on my order, and they gave me a Cinnabon fresh out of the oven for the inconvenience. The place is actually bigger than it looks on the outside. Great customer service!
