Went in a got 6 free ribs as part of a promotion can’t really complain about them since they were free. But I got a brisket burnt end sandwich. Didn’t get burnt ends just got thick slices. Hard to eat with how thick the slices were. My wife ordered it online and I picked up didn’t have much interaction with the staff but over hearing them and another customer and with my issue I just think they need a little morning training. Everyone seemed super nice and friendly and I will be back.

It is over priced for the service and quality of food you get. My chpped brisket sandwich was almost 50% fat. Won't go back.

Awful experience. Felt awful for the employees, only 2 working. They were overwhelmed and stressed out. The meat was all burnt and I couldn't even eat it. Roll was hard as a rock. Soda was awful. Total waste of money. We normally love coming here, very disappointed.

This was the worse meal I've had in a while. Maybe it was my fault. I didn't order the beef, but the kielbasa which was strange tasting. The side of green beans was okay except for being overly salted. But the creamed spinach! Whatever you do don't order that. It was made by someone who hates spinach. I couldn't tell exactly what was in it, but it cleverly hid the Spanish taste.

The beef brisket almost melts in your mouth. Food is served hot. Staff was really nice. Highly recommend. The specials are good value

Very disappointed, we went to to pick up some food yesterday night before closing since my pregnancy wanted dickies and when my husband gave me my food. My mac and cheese and baked potato casserole were cold so I wasn’t able to eat it on the spot even though I was super hungry. So I decided to eat the brisket and bread roll with the bbq sauce and 5 minutes after eating it my stomach gave me cramps and well sorry to say runs ??. I’m already nauseous as it is with pregnancy and been literally able to eat spicy mcchickens from Wendy’s or McDonald’s these days every single day. So to finally tell my husband dickies to give me dickies was a relief to him but not for me since it made me SICK!!!!!!

First off my order was wrong, and I didn't get food I paid for . The food tasted old, and weirdly soft. I will say customer service was decent, no complaints there. But the food was a negative.

Not sure what happened here, but it was a while new crew. And they were all kids. They were nice, but we're under trained and overwhelmed. The kid serving the meat didn't have a clue and had to cut open a package of sausage to verify it was the correct one, it wasn't. He gave me a slab of fat and gristle that was supposed to be sliced brisket, couldn't eat any of it. Both meats were cold. It's too bad I got this order to go. Probably won't go there again.

Second time in about 2-3 months. Both times out of Pecan pie. Server said they hadn't had any in a long time. Wanted Carolina bbq sauce and they only had spicy and regular. Ribs tho good had been in warmer too long; they were starting to get burnt taste. Chicken was same way.Not very satisfied, probably won't be back for a while.Also drive through been closed for a while problem labor shortage
I pulled up for a curbside pickup. A man in a ball cap came out to greet me. Asked for my name. I told him Tommy Newsom. He came back with my order and told me in an abrupt tone that I was supposed to come in for a Dash Delivery. I informed him I came this time personally and it was me. I asked him about the note I wrote on my curbside pickup of the fries I was shorted last time by UberEats. I told him the note was in the back with my name on it. He got hateful and told me there was no fries, they were out. He then commenced to tell me it has been a bad day and I would have to talk to the manager next week. I told him, ok I would but they have lost my business with that attitude. Hopefully he needs to have another job somewhere that he doesn't have to deal with the public.

I love Dickey's ❤️ I have always got great service! I'm disappointed in the Meat and yes more fat than meat this will really determine for most to return and eat! Hope management really takes these reviews and does something before you have to close because of no business ? and please change these nasty table cloths!

I went there last week and I loved it!! Miranda pointed me in the right direction for ordering. The food was hot and fresh. She was by herself on the line because her coworkers were elsewhere. She also helped me with getting sauce and my drink since I have a cast on!!

Food was not cooked throughout. The brisket was full of fat it was basically a fat sandwich no meat. Kudos to the manager because he was overwhelmed and trying to do his best to deal with all the issues of staffing as well as their computer system was going down. Still no excuse for poor quality food and my pulled pork sandwich I took two bites out of and threw in the trash. It was a waste of money, time and I haven't found a dickeys establishment in over a couple of years that serves quality food. I have reviewed Dickies other locations in the past and they are just as bad. What happened to Dickey's restaurant. They used to be the bomb. I grew up eating there and now I wouldn't eat there for anything even if the food were free. I do not recommend to Dickies BBQ.

My first time at a Dickey's and it more than met expectations. The service provided was wonderful; the attendant was able to steer me in an appropriate direction with my order, and my desires were satisfied. The food was hot, well seasoned, and delicious. Expectations exceeded.
