I placed an order online on Christmas Eve. I received a text saying my order would be ready at 4:53 pm. My husband left and went to go pick up the order and the lobby was closed. He then called and told me; I asked him why he didn't try the drive thru he told me no one was going through it. By this time, he had made it home which I then called, and they told me the drive thru was only open. He went back to go through the drive thru and get the order. When he came home the food was cold, understandable, BUT I paid over 3 dollars for extra cheese on my nachos and there was barely any, my husband's nachos looked awful. I went back today with pictures and my receipt that I printed out of my email. I asked to speak to a manager the lady, who's name I didn't get, told me she was the manager. I then showed her the pictures, and she said there was nothing she could do about it that it sat for 2 hours. But how could it have sat there for 2 hours if they closed at 6? She then said the food was made correctly and there was nothing she could do about it. She was extremely condescending in her manner and attitude. I will NEVER be back there. That has to be one of the worst customer service experiences I have had.

I had asked this slightly bigger guy what happened to the drink machine and he told me yall switched it to healthier option and he recommended I try the Dr Dr and the cherry coke I think his name was slade

My family was so excited to eat here after moving out of state earlier this year. We were severely disappointed. The whole kitchen was shut down, there was two people making food. It was dim and looked nasty. It was disgusting. We turned around and walked out without ordering. It looked like we would be spending our holiday hugging a toilet if we are here. Thankfully Taco Casa was open and didn't disappoint

the food is fairly good every time i go. depending on the staff, they are friendly but generally awkward in a way that makes me remember they’re obligated to being friendly with me. the ladies bathroom typically has no hand towels, has clogged toilets and smells.. but it’s only like that when i’ve used their restrooms. maybe they clean it though? i think they should prioritize the cleanliness of their bathrooms a bit more like most places should, but i guess that’s too much to ask (in general, not just fastaco) of a public service when it comes to the bathroom. i honestly might just work here myself so at least i could provide those with a relieved feeling when they find a decent bathroom to use.
note: i’m fairly germaphobic but not too crazily. i also try harder to stay clean and not get sick, due to the fact my little sister is getting chemo treatment and has no immune system. i cannot bring back sickness to her and ever since our world wide pandemic (sorry to bring up memories to those impacted in any way by it) i’ve just tried to be more cautious and clean.
also, i know taco places give people the poopies, but that’s generally associated with taco bell. taco bell sucks. fastaco is better!

I went to the drive through and at first everyone there was SO NICE. When I got home to eat the food was great…that was until I bit into my food and there was a rubber band…I almost threw up because the rubber band also looked dirty. I called up there to tell the guy and he was soooo rude at first he said well I can replace the food but that’s all I can do I told him I didn’t want the food replaced that I wanted an refund and he was saying no then I told him I just want a refund for JUST the green enchilada plate (the food that had the rubber band in it) and told him I would even bring it up to him then he said yes and hung up on me in the middle of my talking so I called back and he was like well I told you what we could do…customer service was sooo bad on his part.
I have been visiting this location over several years and the speed service has been my only complaint. I noticed that this improved once a new employee named Slade started working here. He was very polite and helpful and I was almost shocked at how fast my food was ready. Definitely have been visiting more often and have had the same great experience every time. 5 stars!
