Made a reservation for 8pm. It was about a 5 minute wait upon arrival. First time here. Everything ordered was delicious and cooked really well. NY strip (perfectly seasoned), bone in ribeye (wish it had the same seasoning as the strip but it melted in your mouth), whipped mashed potatoes (amazing), green beans, brussel sprouts (a little too much balsamic for me). Let me not forget about the salad also! The candy their own pecans for it and it was a fresh mix of greens with feta and cranberries. And for dessert, there was banana pudding (not sweet enough for me, but that's kind of the point, the cinnamon chip was really nice though) and chocolate cake. My only issue with the cake is I wish it were warm and a la mode... but, when I say this was a massive piece of cake I'm not exaggerating. It is definitely on the pricey end but a great atmosphere, the waitress was very attentive and friendly and made some great recommendations. The owner and/or chef came out to ask about our meal, also very friendly. Will be going back for special occasions! Oh and as far as location... it's in the middle of a ranch so you might feel a little lost driving out to it but just follow Google maps and it will be fine! Nice outdoor firepit area also!

Oh, don’t even know where to start, everything is top notch, from the place being legit on a ranch, views of farmland, gorgeous brangus cows around. Inside a tasteful rustic ambiance, lots of space, great vibe. Staff dressed all black, feels very upscale and down to earth rustic ranch feeling at the same time, truly unique one of a kind spot. Food was delicious, steaks as good as Texas beef gets, amazing. We rated food as number one in comparison with Mahon’s and Mercury. Will definitely be back many times. Now I wonder if they sell swag also :) Real gem and I am so happy this place exists. Wish owners and staff prosperity and abundance! One negative is that kids are allowed, but this being country isn’t unexpected.

While we enjoyed the atmosphere of the restaurant itself however there were many aspects of pur experience that left much to be desired. Well start with making the reservation. When booking I was asked if it was a special occasion which it very much was as it was a milestone birthday for my wife. I was expecting the waitress to say something or maybe somebody would sing or something I mean why ask if it doesn't seem to matter. We arrived early and went into the bar to have a drink while we waited for our table the bar was not fully stocked as many of the "signature" drinks had to have substitutions. When seated we ordered a appetizer and when it came it was okay the chipes were over seasoned and the quaso was bland. Our waitress was.... not rude but definitely not friendly. We had some questions about menu items and she kind of snipped answers at me. The menu was very limited which most high end places are and that's fine but there were absolutely no substitutions allowed which kind of sucked because the salad had a bunch of stuff in it I wouldn't eat so I was just going to have something els and instead I just opted not to have a salad my wife had a salad with only the spring mix and dressing because the only cheese was blue cheese which gross! And her poor little salad was tiny and the lettice was all wilted. I guess they put all that fluff on there to had the week old sad spring mix. Moving on to dinner we both got ny strip and I ordered cowboy corn for a second side because I couldn't sub out my salad. The steak was seasoned very well and cooked pretty close to perfect. No complaints. The potatoes on the other hand I'm still not sure if there was to much butter or what the deal was but they had to much of something and then were definitely missing salt/seasoning. The cowboy corn came in a decent size bowl my wife tried some and we both though for it being creamed corn it was really runny and for it to have jalapeños in it we barely noticed. The rolls they brought out were not even warm and the butter was ice cold and hard. The waitress checked on us I think once and offered a dessert menu we declined paid our bill and left and im not going to lie I was extremely disappointed in this place I had high hopes especially with it being a big night for my wife and it really let me down. I got a email about being dressed appropriately for the venue and everything mean while people came in wearing basketball shorts and t-shirts. It's one thing to be high end restaurant and it's another to want to be a high end restaurant. I was upset when my wife said our evening and money would have been better spent at saltgrass and I full heartedly agree with her. For $170.00 we could have had a truly more enjoyable meal with a much nicer waitress elswear. If your wanting to take someone special somewhere special please don't think that this will be the place, keep looking.

My wife and I went here for Valentines day. We arrived a little earlier then our reservation but was seated quickly, within 10 minutes. Our server (i wish i could remember his name) was great, had good recommendations, good attitude, very quick service. Food was really good, I had the ribeye, cooked perfectly with great flavor, my wife had the salmon and loved it. My only small little complaint is the table. The table was very wobbly, felt like it was going to tip over. But small complaint is all and not worth lowering the review. I will absolutely come back and recommend to anyone.

Absolutely the most tender, delicious steak I've ever eaten. I have Celiac Disease and always worry when eating out. The servers/chef personally came out to speak with me and there were no issues with my dinner. Can't wait to eat there again!Dietary restrictions: GF..

I took Lisa here for her birthday dinner. It was an excellent choice. She started with a blazing saddle margarita. She ordered the tenderloin, mushrooms and creamed spinach. Our salads came first it was their standard salad of romaine lettuce, spring mix, fetta cheese, cranberries and candied nuts. I was not expecting it to be so delicious. It was unbelievable I finished every bite. Our steaks and mashed potatoes came out next. I had the New York strip. The steak is dry aged 21 days and then cooked to order. I had mine medium. The outside had a beautiful seared crust. The inside was pink and juicy very tender not tough at all. The mashed potatoes were perfect. We had a slice of Key Lime pie for dessert and I believe it was made fresh that day not a commercial bought pie. The service was superb as well. This was a wonderful dinner from beginning to end. I will eat here again. I can highly recommend this restaurant for any special occasion.

Our sorority had our Christmas meal there, and the food was absolutely outstanding. Not only that I saw several people that I knew from Hi School and doing business in Cleburne.
