Not one to complain but I work in the Restaurant Industry, and have for 30 years. You must be Consistant to keep your Restaurant up and Running. With that being said Giovannis was our go to for Italian food always Hot Fresh and Delicious. It's obviously under New Management it was a Circus when we went tonight Run by Kids that have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE. They were hanging up on people that were calling in orders and saying it was Grub Hub or Door Dash. I laughed because it happened to us when I called in our order. The Food was ok Chicken on the Alfredo seemed like day old dry Chicken and the other was ok. On the other hand we Love getting your Home made Bread and tonight we got Rock Hard I guess Bread sticks wasn't even the Bread yall normally have. Very Disappointed being one of Two Italian Places in Cleburne Pasta Finas is looking Great for our next Italian outing. I hope the Owners start paying Attention to what's going on in their Restaurant because it won't last if they Don't. .

The manager's personal greeting made me feel appreciated and set a warm, inviting tone for the meal. The food was a delight, each dish showcased fresh ingredients and skill full preparation. I’d recommend Giovanni's for exceptional dining experience and great hospitality.

We swamped them tonight at about 830pm with 15-20 family members. They were great to all of us. Jonathan the manager kept checking on us. It was a wonderful dinner. Thanks so much!!

As soon as we walked in "manager" stated that he was complained about and for us not to judge him and he'll do better. He took us to the table and started talking irrelevant issues. We heard him talking to the people near us and kept mentioning he was the manager and they are under new owners and claimed they were rated higher than anyone in the state. The bread was doughy. The salad would have been only lettuce if we would not have asked for cheese. The waitress mentioned it having cucumber but didn't. I ordered the pasta sampler but the sauce was too sweet. And while we were paying the manager asked us if the food was okay and we didn't look very happy then started to talk about his last name knowing that we wanted leave. I did not like it at all. I'll never go back.

I ordered pizza and pasta to-go today. When I got there, they said pizza was burned, so I had to wait for a new one. Got home, and the bottom of the new pizza was burned. Paid extra for meat sauce on the pasta and got regular sauce... Won't be going there
