If I could give 0i would this place is absolute trash. Not a single employee gives a damn I was just in there waiting for damn near 10 minutes for someone to even come up to me and help me (I had a mobile order) and finally when someone does come help they bring me my food and still messed up the order over tried this place time and time again and yall screw it up every time so I’m done

Went in waited 5 minutes for someone to greet us. They never did. Looked our way but never said one word. People seated by the door said we needed to leave. Their service was slow and the food was not good. There were people walking out the door saying they were seated and had waited 20 plus minutes for a server to come to their table, so they walked. Unfortunately Cleburne’s IHOP isn’t up to par. We went to the one in Burleson, much better.

We went there for my cousins birthday and it was a blast. Although short staffed, they were quick and efficient making our food. Every worker there was a ball of energy. They were fun and hilarious to be around. They put plenty of effort in to giving us great service. I definitely recommend going here for a cheap and fun birthday.

Every time we visited this place it had hardly any traffic. Despite that it has one of the best tasting foods from the other IHOP's we have gone to before. The food is fresh and the staff are very nice and polite. Nice quiet and cozy place to enjoy a meal with family or friends.
