I recently ordered a wing and fry combo from here through a delivery service. 10 wings with traditional buffalo sauce and fries. The wings were cooked to a good level of doneness… that’s about the best I can say. There was basically zero buffalo sauce or flavor, as if tossing 10 wings with a teaspoon of sauce. The fries were underdone. As the location (Chilis) is less than a mile from my house I thought I’d found a cheat code for great quick wings. Unfortunately I haven’t.
Recommendations, fry your fries for at least twice the amount of time. Also, douse the wings in sauce, especially wings with flavors people associate with wings. I’d have given an extra star if the wings arrived instead of under sauced, but drowning in sauce.
Also, maybe rethink hard containers. Give it something that can breathe and release moisture. At least the underdone fries wouldn’t be soggy, despite being picked up from store 10 minutes after ordering and delivered 3 minutes later.

Food is typically under cooked or done incorrectly. Sodas are watered down to the max and fries are ok but sometimes aren’t seasoned at all

I used to love the curly fries you would get with your order they were amazing. The apple wood bbq was amazing and is not available anymore. I ordered last night and the fries are cold and the wings are just average at best. Looks like it is time for a new wing place :(

We ordered last night and not only were we shorted wings but the taste was awful. We’re so used to having a good experience at Chili’s, the restaurant these guys work out of we thought the taste would be okay. We were so wrong. We got Buffalo and Garlic Parmesan, and the taste was so off. Not totally inedible, but we had ordered saucy nuggets at Wendy’s last week and those were better taste wise for the sauces in comparison. Disappointed and wouldn’t try again.

Price is good wings are really big undercooked their sauces suck and don't stick to the wings whatsoever. I've tried them multiple times and it's always the same watery soggy chicken wings

Im a usual customer and I’ve been realizing the quality of the wings have been dropping over the past few months but never would I thought it would get this bad, the wings i just ordered were horribly made looks like dog food literally just from the sight of it i wont even eat that garbage …. You guys have lost a loyal customer
Tried for the first time. Not great. Ordered garlic parmesean and it didn't taste like either. They also gave us the wrong dipping sauce. Didn't taste horrible, but won't use again.

Just horrible! You could barely eat the wings. Overcooked and very tough. No flavor at all. The fries were like the bottom of the bag because they were in pieces. The food wasn't even hot. No!!!!

Just ordered wings for the Super Bowl..First time trying this place…in Boynton Beach,FL. Garlic Parmesan and Mild….we ate 2 wings a piece and that was it…worst wings we’ve ever had. Right in the garbage. If all you serve is wings,I don’t know how you stay in business.
