Very sweet service here. She took her time packaging everything, like she bagged it all with love. Even added a donut hole with each donut and was very sweet and patient while my 1.5 year old picked out her donut. My daughter is even calling the lady her new friend. My cinnamon twist was very good, and my daughter seemed to enjoy her pink donut quite a bit too. I liked that they have plants inside too.

Window lady the Chinese old lady is rude. You should definitely get someone else for that window because I will not be coming back. I didn’t understand her the first time when she asked if I wanted small or large piggies ? And I said just regular and she rolled her eyes and yelled small or large . It’s never that serious .

Awful customer service. Lady got mad and started muttering something in her language because she took down my order wrong. Wanted to charge me for something else and started yelling at me. Do not go there! Plus the food sucks.

And I have no idea why being I'm a regular customer that enjoys their food very much and love their donuts more than any place in town. The old Chinese Woman that works there is rude and disrespectful she rushes you and yells at you if you don't hurry up or ask what the price is I would rate less if I could go to Paul's donuts they are cheaper and the lady there is very sweet and respectful and the donuts are lot
