This location is normally pretty friendly. Staff was working Christmas day so I give them a pass. Food was just ok.

Went through drive thru last night, ordered various things including sauced and loaded mini tacos and some tacos with no lettuce and extra cheese (I was charged for the extra cheese). Sat in line for half an hour (nobody in front of me). As soon as I received my order, pulled into parking lot to check my food, no sauce on mini tacos, lettuce on tacos. Came back around drive thru (another half hour) they replaced tacos (got new ones with no lettuce but also no extra cheese) replaced mini tacos (no sauce again). Didn't want to wait another half hour in line, so I went home.

These ladies are on it. They were fast and friendly. Clean lobby and condiments were full.

When I went there and stood in line at the counter for about 5 minutes with nobody in front of me. The workers said nothing to me like I will be right with you. They said nothing so I went somewhere else. They never have lemon for the tea and it was very warm in there. I will not be going back.

Whoever the cook was tonight at 9pm knows what they’re doing. Jack in the box never tasted so good. I got loaded wedges and a cluck sandwich. Everything was fresh and sauced perfectly. i’m actually in shock how good it was 😂

The pumpkin spice churros are great but after that our order fell apart, all 3 of the jumbo egg rolls where burnt, both orders of loaded tiny tacos where less than loaded, they has some lettuce and sauce dusted on top all tacos underneath where plane. They forgot one or the curly fries for my kids meals . And completely left out any sauce we asked for so trying to cover the burnt taste of the egg rolls was impossible.but the bright side is churros got rid of most of the taste.
This place has many ups and downs it will go for a few months being great and then they slip and you will get months of realy bad food and bad service.

Asked specifically for a iced coffee instead of the fountain drink in the combo. She charged me for both the fountain drink and the iced coffee. Not a big deal but is it annoying when I brought it up to her? Yes it is.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent in-store experience. During my last purchase, I experienced a significant issue with the cashier. Really rude lady . After completing my transaction, I was not provided with a receipt. Subsequently, the cashier requested payment a second time. I explained that a review of the transaction would reveal my debit card details and confirm the prior payment.

This is not the first time I’ve encountered this problem at this particular location. The lack of a receipt and the subsequent request for a second payment caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter and take appropriate action to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future. I would also appreciate receiving confirmation that the original transaction was indeed processed correctly.
