Jack in the Box

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent in-store experience. During my last purchase, I experienced a significant issue with the cashier. Really rude lady . After completing my transaction, I was not provided with a receipt. Subsequently, the cashier requested payment a second time. I explained that a review of the transaction would reveal my debit card details and confirm the prior payment.

This is not the first time I’ve encountered this problem at this particular location. The lack of a receipt and the subsequent request for a second payment caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter and take appropriate action to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future. I would also appreciate receiving confirmation that the original transaction was indeed processed correctly.

There was mold on my breakfast jack.
I received a full refund . My concern the manager gave the refund but never apologized. The employee that took my order was more concerned then the manager.

I ordered the homestyle ranch chicken club and this sandwich came with definition something you don’t always see in fast food sandwiches often times they’re slop together or the ingredients or just kind of low-key. The sandwich was great. The service was number one and the place is clean even in the restrooms (at least the men’s was!) this was definitely a top-notch Jack-in-the-Box
